my bf has many interesting stories and observations from his new job as a 911 operator

my favorite is how meandering people are, even in the midst of a terrible emergency

they respond to “what is the emergency” with “well, the thing is, four weeks ago–”

and then he’s like “WHAT IS THE EMERGENCY RIGHT NOW”

and they’re like “so what happened this morning was, i said to my wife, i said–”

“WHAT IS CURRENTLY HAPPENING AT THIS MOMENT”

“oh i’m having a heart attack”

my second favorite is how specific he has to get sometimes

like, “what is your emergency?”

“i’m sitting in a pool of blood.”

“… is it… your blood?”

“yes i think so”

“do you know where it’s coming from?”

“probably the stab wound”

“have you been stabbed?”

“oh yah definitely”

In all fairness shock is a hell of a drug

IT’S LITERALLY TROLLS

You emerge from your bog for the first time. On the way back to civilization, you’re behind a corolla with an apple sticker on the back window. You find this novel, in the time that you’ve been gone people have started adorning their vehicles with proof of purchase ornaments. You get home, start your life again, find that you can’t afford any apple products but you begin sticking every Chiquita banana sticker on your back window. No one around you understands why, but they say nothing, fearing the bog changed you permanently. A few months pass, you go on a trip. You find yourself on a highway, looking to switch lanes. You can’t see out your back window, it’s covered in produce stickers, you unknowingly cut off a semi and die on impact. You were too mangled to identify, and no one minded your absence, the press named you the Chiquita Jane doe. I don’t know any of this, i just leave a banana by the highway whenever I pass where you died. We all do, no one questions it.

I decided to do the Art vs Artist meme cause I never participate in these kind of things. It seems the point of this is tho see how close the artist looks like to their art, and I would have never thought I look like mine but there are a lot of similarities x3

I felt like painting today, and started doodling some eyes, and it escalated from there. I ended up recording it cause I didn’t upload a video on saturday. I played with the levels a little on photoshop because the original photo was a little lackluster because of poor lighting, i hope i didn’t over do it ;;;
