Alright Guys.

After a lot of back and forth and discussion with people, I'm going to have to decline to post my recipes. It was just too much work, and has too much potential for bad things. I will however, let you guys all know where I bought my individual notes. I primarily used three vendors: Wellington Fragrances, Bulk Apothecary, and occasionally Save on Scents. I did use other places occasionally to get ahold of odd/niche notes. I encourage all of you to purchase a few things here or there, and play around with making your own scents. I was self taught, I did it all by research and experimentation. I trust that all of you could have a lot of fun, and are smart and creative enough to figure out your own thing. After a Lot of Debate...

...with myself and people that I respect, I have decided to close the shop. I have been meaning to reopen it for a while now and I'm just too busy to even manage that, which is a good indication that I'm not going to have time to handle it regardless. I really appreciate everyone that has told me that they would be very sad if I closed my shop, and as much as I would love to be able to continue to do this forever, it's just gotten too expensive, too frustrating, and too disappointing to me and my customers to deal with the issues with shipping and supplies, as well as Etsy . What I will be doing is preparing everything that I have supplies left for, and listing them on a Delightful Rot specific eBay account. Once everything is gone, it's gone. I haven't start listing items yet, but the moment I do, I will post the link up here. I am incredibly thankful for all of the amazing customers I've had and how many of you were so understanding and supportive. I really hope that you can savor my scents for as long as they'll last!

Bad News

Two of the notes that I use in my Loki scent have been discontinued... this means that I will have to retire my current Loki scent. However, it's likely that I will reformulate, and offer a Loki II, or Agent of Asgard, something Loki related so there will still be an available Loki scent somehow! I'm determining how much Loki I have available and will update the quantities in my store!

Sample Bottles

I'm getting a few reviews talking about how the sample bottles are a little difficult to open. I have gone through ten different vendors (not an exaggeration) after the original vendor changed their product and a significant amount of people were reporting leaks, and even I was noticing leaks as I prepared the samples. These newer bottles are the first of those ten different options that do not leak to excess. I would recommend instead of trying to pop them open all in one motion, twist the cap back and forth as you gently pull upwards. I guess I will continue to look for another vendor for sample bottles and search for the elusive easy-to-open but not leaking bottle once again.

I'm Seeing...

a few people that are super-bummed there's no House Martell. I was trying to hit all of the main houses, but I may go ahead and either do some additional smells with Bolton, Baelish and Martell, or do another series to add on. Re the Frey vs. Martell: I did a bit of research, trying to figure out how to narrow them all down (since there's around 30 or so houses in the books) and I guess the research that I did was turning more towards Frey than Martell, possibly being more influenced by the show instead of the book?
