Always & Forever

@therighteousmikaelson / therighteousmikaelson.tumblr.com

My name is Elijah and I am one of the oldest creatures among the living, and the living dead. I have walked on this plane of existence for over a thousand years hoping that I could bring my family together once again because above all else we deserve...

Something to Fear and Respect

“I see. You wish to have your blood pumping faster. I find that arousal also works quite well for that.” he teased gently. He felt her tense under his ministrations and he found himself rather eager to enter her once more. He had a suspicion she wanted that as well.

He trailed his fingers down her breast, to her hips and was about to enter her core once again when she pulled back. “Ahhh, you provide a valid point. I would hate to wear you out so soon in the evening.” he pulled himself away from her to collect himself.

Sliding fully off of his body, Lydia pushed her hands onto his waist as she used him to move herself to stand upwards. Gods, she could barely even feel her legs at this point. She took a moment to breathe in slowly, then straightened up and turned, looking for something… ah. There it was. She was smirking as she strolled across the room, going for his shirt - was it cliche, yes, but there was a reason why it was a cliche - because it looked so damn good. Picking it up, she slid it on, and carefully rolled the sleeves up on either side so that her hands and forearms were peaking out.

“Hmmm, now, I’m thinking something chocolate, and something to drink… not champagne. Wine, perhaps.” An aphrodisiac, plus a bit of alcohol, and his body filling hers? It sounded like some sort of heaven to perfectly relax her body. “Any other suggestions?” She only buttoned the bottom three buttons so that he still got a good view of her breasts, but there was still some hint of modesty. Holy hell, she wanted to act confident, but she probably needed to find a bathroom to fix her hair or makeup. If he hadn’t said anything, though… she couldn’t look that rough.

Elijah watched her as she made her way across the room to his discarded shirt. She was more attractive than should be possible and she knew just how to use it. There was something about women in men’s shirts... and nothing else. He loved it.

“Whatever you wish. Is good. I myself am partial to chocolate with some white wine. It will not sit so heavy when we resume our activities.” he smirked and got up from the bed to train to her side. “I need you to remain agile.” he offered, running his hand through her hair before trailing now to cup her cheek.

“Perhaps it is something he won’t grow out of.” That concerned Elijah he was a bit worried. “Ahhh, I believe it has to do with his sister. She has some sort of clairvoyance if I understood correctly. He doesn’t talk about it directly. I often have to rely on context clues.”

“If he will not tell you himself, why not play his own game against him? Go behind his back, seek out Antenor.” He couldn’t help his crooked grin. “My progeny is many things; hostile, rude, a backstabber. But, unlike many, he can be bought. Should you discover something he wants, I imagine he would be more than willing to shed some light on Leofric’s former life.”

“I don’t care to speak with Antenor. I find every conversation with him frustrating. Even when I provide him with monetary gain.” he shrugged. “His child is far more pliable but knows far less. If you hear about Antenor wanting something please inform me.”

Leofric, have you been talking to my first mistake, that is to say, Tristan?

“… I am not supposed to say.”

“Of course not.  I wish to offer you some advice regarding Tristan. He is a snake. He sees everyone outside of his sister as a pawn he can lord over. If he wants you to join him it is because he thinks he can use you.” Elijah explained. “That being said he has amassed a number of resources that you might use to your advantage should you decide to play his game. If you do decide to play I advise you to win and take all that is his for your own. You would make far better use of it.”

“Ahh, I didn’t mean it like that.” Elijah smiled. “He is curious. Always getting into things he shouldn’t. He seems to enjoy finding witches and such which while not entirely wrong, leads to some complications when they try to kill him. He is learning albeit slowly… either that or he enjoys trying my patience.”

“Antenor has had over 1000 years to learn yet still he plays out games that might get him killed. Of course, had he not played such games, we might never have met…” He laughed. “Have you tried to discover the cause of his interest?”

“Perhaps it is something he won’t grow out of.” That concerned Elijah he was a bit worried. “Ahhh, I believe it has to do with his sister. She has some sort of clairvoyance if I understood correctly. He doesn’t talk about it directly. I often have to rely on context clues.”

[Criminal Intent] Elijah and Marcus

“Alright.” Marcus agreed on an exhale of breath. As if falling under the spell of Elijah’s deep brown eyes, smooth voice, and warm hand. His hips carefully adjusted to give him more room while his own hand went up to touch Elijah’s bulge through his slacks.

Elijah smiled. He hadn’t originally thought he’d do this when he planned to get information from the lead detective but he was ready to go down on the man who wanted to arrest him. He licked his lips and leaned into Marcus’ touch before moving his body into position. He used his teeth to unzip Marcus’ jeans. “If your wound starts to hurt let me know and I’ll stop.” he teased.

“You have your own fondness for the old world. I imagine it is because as far as immortals go Antenor and I originate from the same period and grew up with similar customs. That is probably the cause.” he answered shrugging. “He is trying as most children are. I think we’re making some progress.”

“My affections for you and my own share few similarities.” He replied, somewhat defensively. “Trying, how? It has been many a year since last I raised a youngling - I fear my mind might be dull to the problems that plague the young and their guardians.”

“Ahh, I didn’t mean it like that.” Elijah smiled. “He is curious. Always getting into things he shouldn’t. He seems to enjoy finding witches and such which while not entirely wrong, leads to some complications when they try to kill him. He is learning albeit slowly... either that or he enjoys trying my patience.”

[Criminal Intent] Elijah and Marcus

Elijah’s tongue flicked out of his mouth and licked his lips. “As much as I would enjoy that I have a feeling that your actual doctor might object.” he shrugged. “Ah, perhaps I can still do a little something for you.” he trailed his hand down to Marcus’ thigh.

Marcus’s breathe caught in his throat when Elijah’s hand moved up his thigh. His tongue flicking out to lick his lips as well. “I mean….he didn’t say I couldn’t do that.” He replied. “And….it could work…if you were on top.” Marcus is a top, but if Elijah was on top, riding him, while he was on his back it could not aggravate his injury. “But I don’t want to pressure you.” He added, sliding his own hand between Elijah’s legs.

Elijah chuckled. “I don’t mind a little pressure.” he said with a smirk. “I don’t want to strain you though, so I guess we could start light and see how you feel.” he figured if Marcus felt up to it they could go further. “We can try to go further than that tomorrow if you are unharmed.”

“I misunderstood. I thought you were speaking about me and Antenor being the same because aside from our romantic inclinations for you I see little similarity. That being said, I don’t disagree. It is why I rarely see them. In part I was hoping to make amends with raising Leofric.

“You both seem to possess a fondness for old-world formalities.” He replied. “And how goes your endeavors with the young one?”

“You have your own fondness for the old world. I imagine it is because as far as immortals go Antenor and I originate from the same period and grew up with similar customs. That is probably the cause.” he answered shrugging. “He is trying as most children are. I think we’re making some progress.”

Elijah smirked. “Perhaps. There are far worse things I can think of doing.” he joked gently. “Glad to hear it but I believe I may be at your mercy. After all, you’re the patient here so I will be following wheat you want to do.”

Marcus smiled again and then leaned over, careful of his side, to cup Elijah’s cheek with his hand and kiss him. He kissed him slowly, and not literally that deeply but it felt that way before he pulled back. “I’m pretty sure you know what I want to do.”

Elijah’s tongue flicked out of his mouth and licked his lips. “As much as I would enjoy that I have a feeling that your actual doctor might object.” he shrugged. “Ah, perhaps I can still do a little something for you.” he trailed his hand down to Marcus’ thigh.

Something to Fear and Respect

Elijah was impressed by how calm she was. She certainly had experience with supernatural relations. Either that or she was fearless but given her intelligence he assumed it was the former. At least he hoped so. He continued his ministrations, enjoying having access to her neck. Nipping, marking her but never putting on enough pressure to draw blood.
He smirked against her throat enjoying the way she moved against his length. He had a short refractory period and if she continued moving against him he would be hard in a few moments. “Perhaps. I find that very likely. After all, that danger stimulates that brilliant brain of yours.”

“There’s nothing wrong with wanting to get your blood pumping a little faster,” she said with a bit of laughter, finishing her words with a moan as he nipped again, the graze of his teeth making her clench her core around nothing. Gods, it would be so easy to let him just slide back into her. They could almost be lazy about it this time, not in a rush to find instant pleasure but enjoying the journey… much like the earlier evening as a whole.

“Alright,” she finally said, shifting herself to get upwards, and in turn sliding her body down against his. Another moan escaped her as her eyes pinched shut, and she curled her nails into his chest, trying to ignore the flair of pleasure that just ran through her. “Room service,” she gritted out. “I’m still human, or at least near enough. I need food for energy.” And she was going to need energy to keep this up. “And if you keep that up, I’m going to never get fed.”

[Criminal Intent] Elijah and Marcus

Elijah considered for a moment. “Yes, I suppose I am.” he returned Marcus’ smile. “After all your family isn’t here and someone has to take care of you.”his lips curling up from a smile to a smirk. “Especially now that I know you can’t take care of yourself.”

Marcus chuckled. “Going to take advantage of me in my weak condition hn?” He teased. But, he did like the idea of Elijah being here. Of having someone to take care of him. Marcus had Eden and some other friends but it was different when someone else, someone you have feelings for and want to be with in an intimate way, was there to take care of you. “I guess I’m at your mercy then.”

Elijah smirked. “Perhaps. There are far worse things I can think of doing.” he joked gently. “Glad to hear it but I believe I may be at your mercy. After all, you’re the patient here so I will be following wheat you want to do.”

“Those I’ve sired are sycophants but Antenor’s child seems more unhinged or at the very least unhealthy. I was quite callous in my youth.”

“What makes you think I am talking about his child? Even a blindman could see the similarities between your progeny and Antenor.”

“I misunderstood. I thought you were speaking about me and Antenor being the same because aside from our romantic inclinations for you I see little similarity. That being said, I don’t disagree. It is why I rarely see them. In part I was hoping to make amends with raising Leofric.

[Criminal Intent] Elijah and Marcus

“Hmmm…” I would take some time for his men to find those responsible for hurting Marcus and as the boss he could take a few days off every now and then. “Well if you wish we could spend time together. There are no major events at the historic society to prepare for. Perhaps I could show you the parts of the city you haven’t seen yet or just lie here. If you think you wouldn’t get sick of me.” he would be able to learn more about Marcus this way.

Marcus looked over at Elijah, a little surprised but happy. “Are you asking to spend a long weekend with me?” He asked with a dopy smile. “You don’t have to stay the whole time, if you don’t want but…I’d like that.” He reached out and  laced his fingers gently with Elijah’s. He really liked him, in a way he hadn’t liked anyone else before.

Elijah considered for a moment. “Yes, I suppose I am.” he returned Marcus’ smile. “After all your family isn’t here and someone has to take care of you.”his lips curling up from a smile to a smirk. “Especially now that I know you can’t take care of yourself.”

Tea-time Bonding

“The moment you became immortal you were drawn into such battles. It is only the humans with no involvement, those who live blissfully unaware who have a chance of not being involved.” Elijah was surprised that Leofric would knock over a chair. “What would you like me to do?” he asked curious. “Would you be comforted by my presence or would you prefer I ask Ambrogio and his kin to look after you?” He couldn’t guarantee Ambrogio’s clan would perform such a favor but it would be safer than bringing Leofric to New Orleans.

“It may have its perks but it leads to a very lonely existence.” Elijah struggled with the situation. “You will see the world I promise and I am confident I can keep them away from you but if my presence would comfort you I will stay.”

“How generous of you to offer to place my life in the hands of the people that wish I never existed. Certainly that will keep me safe!” His sarcasm was obvious. “Why not make it a party and invite all of your enemies to my door while you are at it?

“No. If I’m to be safe, you must stay; you are the only one that knows the faces of those that might come for me, and that means that you are my one advantage.” Leofric straightened himself up. “We need a plan of action. First, a place to stay. You can sort that. I am no longer… What’s the word? Oh. Fussy. I am no longer fussy about where I stay. We can even go low-key or undercover if you wish, Sir; I would be willing to settle for a household with as few as five bedrooms and three servants.”

Image

“They may wish you never existed but I don’t believe they’d harm you.” he was trying to comfort Leofric. He had much to do in New Orleans but he could do so as long as Leofric continued to attend class.

“I want you to feel safe, so I will stay. You will remain living where you are unless you have a reason why you shouldn’t remain in class. I will stay in town and get a place to live with a guest room so that should you want or need to stay over you can. I will have to travel to New Orleans on occasion but I will work to find someone trustworthy to protect you when that happens. I won’t be getting a house here.”

A New Player

therighteousmikaelson:
Elijah looked up at the night sky thoughtfully as if he still needed confirmation that there was something larger than he was. “That is because you were born human. When I was born I would have been lucky to live to be in my fifties or sixties. I was well on my way to being middle aged. Of course, on battle gone wrong or bad meal could have been my downfall. Things have changed greatly since then.” Elijah frowned at Scott’s jibe. “While that’s more than I expected you can ask again when you don’t need a fake ID to drink.”
Elijah looked him over. “I can see the martyr complex but it seems to be the issue here is more than that. It is also curiosity. You want to know about things that you may be better off not knowing. If I had to guess I would say your curiosity is what landed you in the situation where you became a werewolf.”
Elijah smirked. “I can’t imagine myself ever being wide eyed. I had arms full of younger siblings from the time I could walk.” he joked. “That being said this city is very much unlike what we grew up in. Confidence comes with age, being able to deal with witches and vampires. Well I imagine you’ll learn a lot about either diplomacy or battle during your time here.

Scott couldn’t ignore the warning in Elijah words. Curiosity had in the past, gotten lesser men killed. And while Scott often blamed Stiles’ morbid interest in his father’s line of work as the reason he was out there in the woods the night Peter found him. It would have been unfair not to take some of the blame. After all it was Scott that decided to go, to hide from the sheriff before tumbling down that hill and discovering the mutilated corpse of Laura Hale. The memory of Peter’s bite replays itself in Scott’s mind. The burning sting of each fang as they tore through his flesh, biting so deep they scrapped bone. He paid no mind to the hand he ran over his hip. The pads of each finger pressed hard against his flesh right where the bite had happened. The marks were long since healed but from time to time Scott swore the old wounds still burned.

“You’re right of course. About curiosity and the battles I would find myself in if I stay here. I’m not a fighter. I mean…I can fight if I have to, I just prefer to find another way. I’ve never been a fan of bloodshed Elijah, and yet I feel there has been much already shed, and much more to be spilled before my time here is over. I’m a lone wolf in a strange an unfamiliar city. The vampires want me dead. The remain wholly ignorant of the true effects of my bite, they still feel it could end them. The witches are curious and fearful. The sense my difference from the wolves they have come to know. And wonder about my abilities. Few know the truth of what I can do. I smelt they fear they cling to know. Whispering about how your brother could use me to make some unholy army of werewolves to replace the one he lost when his wrath fell upon the Crescents. Maybe I need an ally. A friend. At the very least someone who wouldn’t stab me in the back or tear out my heart at the first chance.”

From the moment he set foot on New Orlean soil, Scott knew he was in danger. The city thrummed power. The very land and air felt different. Colder, heavier. The stench of blood lingered in every gust of wind. He was an alpha without a pack, Powerful as he was in his hometown of Beacon Hills. Just how would he fare here against the vampires and the witches? Beings who could move faster than the eye could follow, men and women who could crush his bones with a simple thought or gesture.

“Forgive me, I’ve forgotten you were giving me a tour. I’m not being such a great guest if I keep talking over you.”

“You are young and clearly powerful but if your heart is too tender for bloodshed it will be your death far before an unfriendly city.” Elijah mused. “Vampires of this city don’t take well to outsiders. They are used to ruling alone and the threat of any one clan growing stronger will harm our fragile peace. The werewolves will not be friendly without a proper introduction on neutral territory. They are an old clan who has held power for a long time. And my brother would rather kill you. His grand schemes rarely involve making other powerful. Even if he does so he kills them later.” Elijah explained the political climate of New Orleans matter of factly. “Your best chance is to befriend Hayley and through her Jackson and the Cresents. If you are judged trustworthy I could introduce you.” It wasn’t that Elijah wasn’t willing to befriend him but he never did well with werewolves. Even around Niklaus and Hayley both of whom he was most fond of he still faced the frustration over the rage and impulsiveness of werewolves. If Scott’s sort was similar the two would not be good as friends.

“It’s all right. I am familiar with the sensation. I find it is a common trait amongst werewolves. You are all a very emotive bunch. Always saying what you’re feeling or at least think it.” The city was large and while the supernatural was focused in the quarter there were witches and vampires spread throughout the city. “All right, we’ll begin the the quarter and spread out. I will probably digress in explaining the larger political climate so it may take a night or two to give you a complete overview.”
