add base black and white shading

I reduce the lineart (??) opacity to around 40% , you can lower it more if you wantI merged all the layers together and polish up the details

Add the first soft light layer with base colourNormally, if I draw fanart, I will pick base colour from the ref and use on this first layer oneYou can be flexible and change however you likefor example if you aim for cold mode, you can use blue colour for thisAlso, it doesn't necessary have to be Soft Light mode, but I use it cuz it's soft and easy to fix later. You can use Overlay, Colour mode for your satisfy result

I add more Soft Light layer, use more vivid colours like red and the likes this time to bring life to it.

One more Soft Light layerUsually I used it to set the lighting mood, I kinda like pale style so I went with blue. You can set it however you wanted, like sunset colour or whatever, go wild man

Overlay layer for bold up touchIt can be quite useful to add light and deep value, you can lower its opacity if you want tooYou can add more layer mode if you want too

Add details with a Normal Layer and Done You can go further with layer mode if you wanted! Have fun!
