First compost drop off in my new neighborhood! Pro tip: I put my scraps (minus the ones I can use for making stock of course 🍲) in a stainless steel canister on the kitchen counter which then gets transferred nightly to a brown paper bag in the freezer. No smell, no mess. Then you drop the whole bag in the community compost instead of having an icky plastic bag to throw away.
Recorded a spooky 80's #cover for an upcoming #indie flick this weekend at Parabolic Studios in #NYC. Was so fun rocking out, drinking expensive bourbon, and laughing with our producer & engineer Lew - a total #badass with colorful stories to tell from his days mixing Louie, Broad City, and many great #films by the likes of Wes Anderson and the Coen Brothers.
