Hey Kaitnon! Sorry that it’s been FOREVER for me to answer this message, it’s been almost a year since i last logged in and I’m genuinely happy to see a message from you and it got me a little bit emotional haha
I miss those days a lot as well, you have no idea how much those days meant to me!! I still remember all those moments and the people I have talked to, it was the time I first reached out to this world outside of my little community, having no clue what my goals are and what my future would be. I’m still very grateful for the younger me making those steps despite my anxiety and language barrier, it has given me all the courage i need to pursue what I’m having now. I got to know there are the most generous and interesting people like you in the online world, i met my best friend here, and i acquired the knowledge I need to be able to make big steps in my life.
I still deeply believe the moments I had here are the reasons why I’m here living my dreams, I might as well update my status after one year: I moved to LA after I graduated from my business degree, with the courage I have gathered from those experience, trying to pursue a career in art, it wasn’t as great in the first year as an immigrant, but now in my second year I managed to work in the industry and start a career in animation.
It still sounds crazy to me for what you all have brought me, no matter Kaitnon or you all lovely people can see this message or not, i want you all to know you have made a person’s dream come true by being a supportive member of a community, that you have completely changed a person’s life in a good way.
Kaitnon, even though until these days you still remain a lovely anon, but I truly feel you are like a friend to me, it’s really kind of you to be so supportive to a stranger in an online world, so thank you so much for being here, and I’m very grateful to have met you online too! <3
