I’m mainly making this for myself because even after years of being thoroughly invested in DA there are some things out there that I hadn’t heard of. I figured if I didn’t know about them I’m sure other people wouldn’t either so here’s the whole list with links where appropriate!

This hasn’t happened before.

Of course it isn’t the first time Imogen caught a telepathic wind that someone was thinking about her, or staring at her… evaluating her. Catching a mental whiff of some creep’s predatory lust was an often unpleasant side effect of her abilities.

But this is different.

There’s a saying, right, about having eyes on the back of your head? Something mama used to say about mothers, but Imogen didn’t need to have children to attain this ability. She always notices someone noticing her.

At first, it is an easy thing to brush off. They are all getting to know each other, and while in this particular group she feels relatively mundane in comparison, Imogen’s purple hair and unique abilities can’t help but elicit curiosity.

She tries to ignore it, but...

When someone is thinking about her, it’s harder. It’s like when someone calls your name—looking for the source is more instinct than conscious action.

She won’t say that Dorian thinks about her a lot, because that feels unfair… they all think about each other a lot, and if she’s noticing it more with Dorian that’s likely her own paranoia leaking through…

But she can say, with a certainty few others could achieve, that Dorian notices her...

What the fuck is up with that?

Personal quests for side characters in video games are so fucking weird. Like imagine if in real life you just met someone and at some point you casually mentioned to them that you’re estranged from your father, so unprompted they took it upon themselves to travel to his house and by saying the correct sentence to him, they give him the equivalent of years of therapy and then they just present him to you like “hey I fixed your biggest trauma for you” and that’s how they befriend you. Or bang you. Or just get a really good sword.

the anders playlist i put together had the sequence “Empty Chairs at Empty Tables” > “Brand New Day” > “Boom!” > “Blood Red Skies” so i will always associate all of those songs with anders but mostly the first one

So many people posting about the Dragon Age 4 concept art are completely missing this gem.

This guy leaning on his sword, telling some sort of behemoth to give him a minute while he catches his breath is the most Dragon Age nonsense I have ever seen. This is the kinda crap Hawke would pull.
