Before the end of camp they invited him to come to the American Boy Choir School this Fall. This is a huge honor. There are only 50 boys at the school...."

Timothy is my little brother. He's a great, if a little weird, kid and he has this once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to attend the American Boy Choir school this fall. His tuition has been covered by a generous benefactor, but we cannot afford the $8000 for room and board. It would mean a lot to my family, Timothy especially, if you could donate or pass along the message! Even just a reblog would be wonderful!

  • breath in for 4 seconds
  • hold your breath for 7 seconds
  • exhale breath for 8 seconds

repeat once or twice more.

This causes an autonomic nervous system shift from a sympathetic (fight or flight reaction) state to a parasympathetic response.

Use this for panic/anxiety attacks, exams, presentations.

Announcement

Hey everyone!

So I've been at camp for the last week and did a lot of thinking about my life. I think what I concluded was that I would rather live in the here-and-now rather than the online world, which is not to say that there is anything wrong with living online, only to say that my personal priorities have changed.

That being said, I don't know how much I'll be posting in the future. It may be a lot, it may be a little, or not at all. I'll try my hardest to stay up to date with fics I'm reading.

I really appreciate all the love and support I've received through this blog. You all have made this a wonderful experience.
