Hello you, my name is William Logan, otherwise known as Shahesthra to my people. I'm a Siren, and before you start off with the whole, "But Will, I thought Sirens could only be females," well you thought wrong my friend. Male Sirens have been alongside the female sirens for years, just we are the ones who stay behind and protect the city, and all of that. We are pretty much assets, and they rule us. Pretty much a matriarchy and my mother is the queen, I'm the head of her royal guard. But being underwater for so long was getting boring, I needed to get out of there, so here I am. Dear tumblr staff,
With all due respect, y’gotta put in updates that aren’t gonna get rid of/repel a good chunk of your users. In the case of this latest update, it’s made it so that you can’t cut posts, a feature which is needed not only by regular bloggers (since I cut posts/replies on my personal frequently), but more importantly for the large role-playing community that writes here on your website.
We, the roleplayers, cut posts so as to not clog our dashes or other’s dashes with posts that would otherwise have anywhere from twenty-up reblogs in replies, and without the old post editor that allows you to cut posts, that’s impossible. It disregards a large community on Tumblr who uses the post-cutting feature, and it’s not just a certain group of roleplayers, either —– it’s all of us, everyone from Doctor Who to Vampire Diaries to Parks and Rec to Supernatural. It’s all of us that use this feature for our own comfort, for clean posts and clean dashboards. It’s not fun to try and get around this, and if there isn’t some solution to it (such as, perhaps, getting rid of the feature that doesn’t allow for post-cutting), then you’re likely pushing away a HUGE part of your users on this website, and forcing them to go to other platforms.
Not only is this likely something you can fix, and an annoyance to us, but pushing away your users is also an extremely bad business strategy that could lose you a faithful community that’s stuck with you all this time (despite some pretty bad updates earlier).

Profession: Muggle Studdies for the Ministry of Magic

William is the eldest child in the first line of the Greengrass family, and takes pride in his status as a pureblood. However while he does take pride in the status of his family and his own blood, he doesn't quite care what other peoples blood status are, in fact he could care less. Appearances mean everything to William, he makes sure he looks the best that he can before he goes to work every day or out for the day for that matter, some call him vain, he just thinks of it as “Appearance Savy.”

When it comes to arranged marriage William doesn't care either way. On one side of the fence he thinks it simplifies the whole finding a good woman aspect of life and takes out all of the questioning and work, but then on the other side he wants to be able to make his own choices, not let them be made for him. (It confuses him also don’t worry). Growing up he loved life in his house and his years at Hogwarts were some of the best years of his life. He excelled in defense against the dark arts and did extremely well in dueling. The one thing he takes pride in besides his appearance is his power and his strength when it comes to casting offensive spells, but this leads to one of his weaknesses, his lack of knowledge and there for ability to cast more defensive spells. William knows a few but not many, enough to help in a tight spot but not enough to save someone or him in a dangerous situation. After graduating Hogwarts he finally started researching one of his biggest curiosities Muggles.  All his life Muggles had fascinated him and how they lived without magic. Once graduated he traveled the world studying and finding out as much as he can about many different muggle cultures. For this reason he has developed the ability to speak six different languages fluently. This led him to his current career in Muggle Studies at the Ministry of Magic.
