They’re really really small! I’m looking at my caps and I can’t see them at all, I guess it depends on the light. It’s easier to see on promo/high res pics like this one. Gotta love Sheploo :)

Sheploo does have freckles, but yeah they’re really small and hard to spot at first, but they’re there. And yes, it depends on the lighting. I even gathered some close-ups where I could more or less see them, but they’re there if you squint your eyes (I actually draw Sheploo w/ freckles anyway lol)
