Growing up in the shadows of New York City she couldn’t help but to dream big. When she moved to the Midwest she took her storytelling drive and finally put pen to paper, or rather fingers to the keyboard. She currently lives near the Mighty Mississippi with her longtime boyfriend and their five small dogs. When she’s not writing she can be found testing new recipes or enjoying a Pilates class.

Avery and Brayden have each been fantasizing about each other, what happens when they finally give into the craving?

Avery’s loft was full of people, some she almost never got to see like Rachel and the surprise of the night Luca, of all the people to decide to spend New Year’s in New York. She watched as his eyes followed Rachel around the room, there would be fireworks tonight for sure, and they would be the cause.
“A drink for the beautiful hostess” Brayden Gardner was behind her, handing her a glass of champagne, breathing in her scent of lavender and vanilla.
“Thanks Cheese Soufflé.” She bit her lower lip as she took the drink from him he was wearing the cologne that always seemed to make her toes curl.
He shook his head, “One of these days Avery you will have explain why you call me that.”
Avery took a sip before tilting her head playfully, “Now what would be the fun in you knowing that?”
Brayden rolled his eyes, he wanted to just brush that lock of hair from her eyes, let his fingers glide down her neck, tilt her chin up and melt her lips with his. “I’m sure we could come up with lots of other ways to have fun.”
“Oh Brayden, just keep selling my paintings and we can both afford to have the kind of fun we like.” She pouted, “Or are you about to tell me that with the New Year I need to find a new art dealer?”
“And give up my biggest client, never. I’ve made us both a lot of money and I plan to keep doing so. You’re right, I’m sure we’ve both become accustomed to certain lifestyle perks we would hate to lose.” He took a sip, studying her blue eyes, “What is so fascinating?”
“Fireworks, Rachel and Luca are finally face to face.”
Brayden rolled his eyes, “She’s not even your best friend anymore, why are you so interested in what happens with them?”
“It’s like a soap opera I can’t turn off I’ve waited years for them to be face to face again. It’s like when you wait years to see a secret revealed and these two morons have secrets.”
“And off they go.” Brayden pointed as Rachel ran out and Luca was right after her. “I guess you’ll have to wait for a rerun.”
“Shut up.” Avery turned to him smiling, “So who are you kissing at midnight?”
Brayden looked around and smirked as the countdown began, he took her champagne glass and his placing them on a nearby table. Without a word he ran his hands behind her head, pulling her petite frame to him as he finally fulfilled a hunger that had been burning inside of him for the past six years.
Avery was drunk on his kiss as her body became a puddle of untapped desires, wants and needs as he held her tightly. This moment would be burned in her memory for years to come before he ended it, a knowing smile on his lips and a sparkle in his blue eyes.
If her loft wasn’t filled with people she would grab him by his tie and drag him to her bed. She would strip him, find out if his time in the gym paid off or not and do things to him that she was sure he’d only watched in porn, maybe once because she was sure his vanilla self-had never ventured out of missionary.
He hadn’t planned to kiss her, he’d thought about it probably a million times over the years, but the time had never been right and here it was, and it had been hotter than he’d expected. He wished they were alone, he wished he could undress her, feel the curves of her body against fingers explore her do things to her that the men she dated never had the nerve to do. He was sure that no one probably ever gave her a proper fucking, and all Brayden wanted to do was open that door and discover her deepest, darkest desires.
“I should go mingle.” She bit her lip as she looked at him through her eyelashes.
“Yes, mingling would be good.” God he wished he didn’t have to watch her walk away, disappearing into the crowd, it was his own damn fault for kissing her. Now he had a taste of everything he wanted, it hadn’t ended his craving, it just made it worse.
Avery spoke to her guests as they all started to make their way towards the door, all ready to go home, sleep off the champagne, make love, hook up with whoever they came with, or someone they didn’t. When everyone was gone, she found Brayden on her couch already asleep.
She reached out pushing the hair from in front of his eyes a kiss is just a kiss she told herself before going to her bed, wishing he was going with her.

Alice Daniels sat in her kitchen after cleaning up the takeout containers from the small family dinner she’d brought home after her meeting. She’d been surprised when she’d gotten the call and asked to come into New York. It had been years since she worked, so why bring her back on now?

The building had been a different one then when she last worked twenty some odd years before. Most of the people she’d known were long gone, a few faces were familiar but really they were just there to make people feel like things didn’t really change.

“Mrs. Daniels, thank you so much for coming into the city. I know this is a surprise.” Tyler York sat in his desk studying her, judging her, the way she’d aged. He was younger then she’d expected, late thirties, maybe early forties.

“Is everything alright with my daughter Shayla?” She twisted her fingers together as she watched him. He couldn’t have asked her here for anything else, could he?

Shayla stood in the front walk, staring at her childhood home. It was dusk, and yet the house was quiet. She couldn’t recall a time in her past when this had happened. If she and her mother weren’t fighting, then her brother would be running around playing war or wrestling with his friends.

This was different, this was weird. She cautiously walked up the steps of the porch, pushing the front door open. She wasn’t surprised it was unlocked. Her parents normally didn’t have it locked unless they were sleeping.

“Mom! Dad? Paul?” Her voice filled the house but received no answer back.

She checked the kitchen and the telltale signs of dinner were nowhere to be found. The only thing she saw was a note from her mother about a meeting.

Zach Jensen chuckled to himself as he saw the look of recognition sweep across Shayla’s face from across the platform. He’d known it was her the minute he saw her sitting in her seat, watching the scenery. He couldn’t help but wonder what she’d been thinking—but he had a pretty good idea after their conversation. He could help but wonder if she was curious now, or disgusted.

“Bro?” Carter’s accent was much thicker and apparent to Zach’s after adapting to living in Colorado the last few years. “Tell me you’re not day dreaming about Shayla again.”

“Who’s daydreaming? I got a date with her tonight.” Zach flashed to his high school fantasy of going on a date with her. Couldn’t he have just a few minutes more to relish in it?

Charter shook his head and looked over to Eva, “You would think he would’ve grown out of this by now.”

Each and every moment that she sat in this conference room made her stomach ache. The way it twisted felt as if a balloon was caught in a straitjacket, wanting to expand by unable to do so. The oil painting hung above the head of the table, looking down with purpose. The face of her great-grandfather looking over the empire he had created.

As she looked at the long cherry table and the empty seats that surrounded it, she couldn’t help but wonder how she had ended up here. This had never been her plan, this had never been her dream, yet somehow, she had ended up in the position of keeping this company afloat. She wasn’t the family member with the brains or the education for this at all, really that belonged to her sister. Their father’s will however, had been crystal clear; he wanted Addison to be in charge.

“Trying to get ready for the firing squad?” Bella, her older sister stood in the doorway. Her blond hair perfectly styled in a way that Addison had never been able to duplicate.

You would never believe just how busy my kinky little boutique could get during the holidays. I always have to had extra staff to Candi’s Closet, which just stresses me out since they just don’t know the products as well as I do. I’ve hired a few prudes over the years who blush and giggle when they see the latest toy model or the raunchy wrapping paper our customers love so much.

This year I ended up hiring a young college guy as one of my extra employees. At first I wasn’t sure if Nikolas would work out, but he took to the job well and quickly. He didn’t scoff when girls his age came in wanting their first vibrator, in fact he helped them pick out the same ones I would’ve suggested for them.

Benjamin Crestmore had just been named one of the most eligible bachelors in Hollywood. Every young woman looking to break in to the business was desperate to get his attention. He had three of the top five reality shows, and another three of the top five scripted shows. He was one lucky son of a bitch.

When he went out to a club he could usually find someone to hook up with. He knew he had power, and he enjoyed it. Most of them wanted the chance to be on one of his shows, and a few of them had made it on screen—though usually they were just extras, but to them it was a chance for more, a foot in the door if you will.

Chloe slowly walked past the pool, its lights glowing a rainbow of colors as she pulled her high heels off her feet. She’d spent the evening, with her friends, the future big names of Beverly Hills—sure to be tabloid fodder in a few weeks. Now though, she returned to her home, a small apartment unit in a mansion where her Mother worked.

She stopped for a moment to dip her toe in the pool, feeling the heated water and thinking about to her childhood days with Grant, the oldest son of the family her Mother worked for. They had spent many afternoons in the pool, the best of friends until somehow freshmen year she’d ended up in the in-crowd, even as a housekeepers daughter while Grant the son of a Movie Star Mother and Movie Producer Father decided he didn’t like the attention and found himself with only a few friends from the swimming team.

The back light flicked on, but Chloe didn’t think much about it at first until she saw the shadow in the kitchen doorway. She just stared though; she knew it wasn’t her mother or even Blair or Joseph.

The morning sun stunned my eyes for a moment as I tried to adjust to my surroundings. I was naked, wrapped in the silk sheets of Mr. Chambers—Alan’s bed.

I could feel his hands push my legs apart, the shuffle of the sheets and the warmth of his mouth on my thigh, moving in calculated, trusted licks to my wet cunt.

Any chance I have of falling back asleep is lost when his tongue glides with a certain dedication around my already throbbing clit.

Stars, that’s all I see as Alan brings me towards the brink of passion with just his lips and tongue—mostly his tongue.

Avatar

My palms are sweaty as I pull into my favorite parking spot in Mr. Chambers’ driveway. I can already see David’s car just outside the garage. What was I doing here? Why was I here?

I still needed time to think, to figure out what I wanted, and if that was Mr. Chambers. Lee had been fun the other night, I couldn’t deny that. Not the way he’d made me climax, or the way we’d fucked the next day at work after everyone else had gone for the day. How long could I really expect to fuck around with a co-worker before things got awkward around the office?

Why couldn’t things be simple? Why hadn’t I just found a nice guy who got my juices flowing that I could have fun with, settle down with and have hot sex with for the rest of my life? Was I asking for too much?

I leaned back against the driver’s seat as I turned off the ignition. I closed my eyes, trying to calm myself before going inside and dealing with a group of people I just wasn’t ready for. If David hadn’t shown up at my apartment the other night when he was supposed to be on his honeymoon I would’ve jumped at this chance to see him again, but something was going on with him. I wasn’t sure what it was, maybe he realized what a bitch he’d married.

It’s been only a few days since I woke up in Mr. Chambers’s bed. I hadn’t been able to stop thinking about him at all. I got a chill just thinking of him right now as I sat at my desk, watching the minutes tick away on the giant clock across from me, but behind my co-worker Lee.

Lee smiled at me, his teeth so white I knew he must’ve had them bleached several times. His skin was a nice tan, probably from his time out playing softball for the company team. His hair sun bleached as well, his arms were nice and muscular. I couldn’t help but for a moment think about what it would be like for him to hold me up against a wall and fuck me hard.

I blushed at the thought, looking back at my desk just as he stood up.

I could hear his footsteps as he crossed the room. I could smell his cologne which was spicy and made my toes curl.

You know those events you wish you could miss, never take part in but you just can’t because you would end up disappointing your best friend? Yeah that’s why I’m here, at David’s wedding. Watching as he dances with his bride, whom I’m sure, will have half his money and his testicles in about two, maybe three years if he survives that long.

I’ve never liked her, she’s never liked me. I was also positive the only reason I’d been chosen as a bridesmaid was so she could put me in some ugly dress so I wouldn’t wear something cute. She had warned me never to come between her and her man. I laughed, because I’d had him years ago, we were better as friends rather than lovers.

So here I was, in one of the ugliest green dresses I had ever put on in my entire life, at my best friend’s wedding, watching him dance with that monster he’d married and I was alone. His guy friends were all hanging around the bar doing tequila shots, betting on which one of them was going to get me into bed since I was the only single bridesmaid. I looked at the group of them, not a single one of them got me even close to being wet. Maybe if I was downing shots with them I might be able to fuck one of them, but it would take a lot of tequila.

Lauren stretched out on her bed, putting her book aside. She needed a break from studying; she wasn’t even sure what she had just read as nothing had stuck. Not that she expected much to stick from the Econ text book.

Saturday afternoon and here she was studying. It was the last thing she wanted to do. She could think of all kinds of things she could do, especially since Kiki, her roommate was gone for the weekend.

She started to think about the list she’d made on New Years Eve, it was almost Spring Break and she had only accomplished one thing so far—the one night stand.

It had been amazing; she wasn’t going to deny that at all. In fact, thinking about Clark made her toes curl and her body grow with excitement.

Avatar

Lauren’s long brown hair was piled on her head in a messy bun; her sweatshirt was falling off her shoulder as she lugged her duffle bag into her apartment. The air was barely warm since she and her roommate Kiki had turned the heat down before leaving for the holidays.

Dropping her bag by her bedroom door she went and turned the heat up, as she released her hair. She opened the door of her bedroom, hit with the scent from her air freshener as she plopped down on her bed, almost landing on the package that had been left waiting for her.

“What the fuck?” She reached for the long box and rolled her eyes at the wrapping paper. Right away she knew that whatever was inside was from Candi’s Closet an adult sex shop in town. The card on top, a cartoon penis decorated like a Christmas tree had Kiki’s bubbly letters greeting her.

Abby pulled on her short skirt as she looked in the mirror of the ladies room. She could hear the poppy Christmas music blasting from the office floor as she tried to figure out where the missing pieces of her costume where. She had to be missing something, right? She looked at her reflection and then at the box, they looked nothing alike at all.

“Abby, are you ready?” His voice started to trail off as his eyes landed on her ass, the red fabric barely covering her candy cane printed panties.

She turned to her boss, “Mr. Kane I got the wrong costume, this looks nothing like the one on the box. I can’t go out there like this.” She looked down at her top which was basically a bra with fuzzy trim.

Mr. Kane could feel the erection in his Santa suit pants start to grow. “It’s too late Abby. We’ve got to give out the bonuses. Once we’re done, you can get dressed again.”

My head is spinning as I flop onto my bed, the cocktail dress I wore out half unzipped. I’m just too exhausted to take care of it. Okay that’s not true exactly more like I’m drunk and I just don’t give a shit right now.

I feel the bed bounce and someone crawl in next to me. “Go away, this is my bed.” I remind them.

“Sara and Jake are fucking like deranged rabbits in mine.” The voice of my roommate whines yet giggles at the same time. I’m just going to assume she walked in on them.
