I have an autistic daughter, who also has cerebral palsy, as well as epilepsy. I wish one  person would face me and say anything negative about her, they would be missing some teeth. She is a beautiful, sweet child, who can’t help what she was born with. And normal kids don’t work a 10th as hard as she does, just to do they everyday things they do. Fuck mean people.

I am literally crying. I have never been so moved by a post. Ever. This is the greatest/saddest thing I have ever read.

This is horrible, it is even worse these sort of people are out there in schools and playgrounds. My 9 year old sons classmate is autistic, even though he has mild autism he still gets plenty of children bulling him and laughing at him and my son finds it really upsetting because this autistic boy is his friend. He has been friends with him since infant school and even though at times it is hard as his friend doesn’t quite understand emotions as deeply as other children he is still his friend and he has always been standing up for him. I was so proud when he got an head teachers award for standing up for his friend and telling us parents about the bulling. I am so glad my son knows kindness and understanding and love and can see beyond someones disabilities. People who leave messages like this are simply those schoolyard bullies who grew up not realising that autistic people are people like any other, maybe a bit different but nothing more. They got every right for life, friends and love and I personally pity the people who think like this anon…you are a sad case of humanity and I feel sorry for you.

Anyone who could leave a message like that is scum and does not deserve to breathe the same air as everyone who understands that anyone with a disability is just a regular person who got really unlucky.
