It had been such a long day at work and Mary didn’t even get to see John for more than 5 seconds. She was exhausted and missed him terribly. Between work and running off on cases with Sherlock, Mary hadn’t gotten to spend much time with her husband. So by the time she got home and saw John was already back she dropped her back on the chair and plopped down in his lap, kissing him hard. “I need you,” she whispered looking him in the eyes.

"I need you to take me upstairs, fuck me into the mattress, and then afterwards, cuddle me until we fall asleep." Mary said, moving her hips against his.
John smirked, glad to know that they were on the same page, before moving and picking her up as he got up. "If you can't make it to the bedroom, I'll just push you against the wall, and fuck you there." he whispered into her ear as he carried her to their bedroom, holding her close to him.

John's eyes went wide at the kiss. He was almost asleep and hadn't even heard her come in, but immediately started kissing her back and held her close to him. "In what way do you need me, love?" he whispered after tugging on her bottom lip. His hands rested on her waist and he kept kissing her as he waited for her response. He was hoping she was meaning the way he was thinking, but would be okay with anything since the two hadn't seen each other for a long while.

John really likes the way Sherlock thinks and he likes that even after all the things that he has gone through that he still has a child-like innocence with some things.
The only think John doesn't like about Sherlock is that John really just wants to help him get therapists and the right medical treatment so that way he could lead a happy life, but he's conflicted since he promised Sherlock he wouldn't tell.
