I wrote this two years ago when there was fan speculation that Jim Caviezel was leaving the show or being written out of the show....

   Anyway, I always kinda knew Reese would die, didn't know he would go out in the 'blaze of glory' as he actually did, I always pictured it as just one bullet that would kill him. Remember how he showed Joss Carter a symbolic bullet in the morgue that he said had his name on it????

I wrote this poem thing from the perspective of Finch, standing by Reese's grave, saying these words on a gloomy day, vowing that he WOULD remember his dear friend. Because you are never truly forgotten if you meant something to somebody.....

Reese sacrificed himself in a way to save just one, his dear friend Finch, but ultimately probably saved so many more. He truly died a Hero. With a capital H!
