You know, I always see martial arts posts giving tips about everything from what techniques are most effective to what type of gi is best. But something I see getting overlooked a fair amount is hygiene. Do not forget about it. Infections can get around pretty easily if you’re lacking in hygiene. After training sessions, mats can be breeding grounds for diseases. Be careful, be clean, and take care of your facilities.
