2½ weeks I’ve had this blog… And it was created on a whim really. But I have no words that can really voice how grateful I am that I did and how welcoming everyone has been. I’ve met so many fantastic people already, people whom I feel like I’ve just known forever.       he wasn’t expecting to think of her.

                    ( which, in a way, was very strange; ) as she meant more to him than he would care to admit. at first he was helping her out of his attempt at HONOR. but then it turned into something he can’t quite explain. he likes to think she thinks of him that way too.

                                  but instead, he ran                  

    shut himself out from the world just like he did after he lost his master all those years ago. well, when you lose a friend, guess you do that because you’re human, and there is only SO MUCH one person can take...... even SNAKE EYES. 

                so is it wrong of him to coming  c r a w l i n g  back to her? as if nothing happened?

            after SIX MONTHS of a silence you should never receive from him? well, here he was anyways, form dressed in clothes he had bought from a clothing store ( something he never does ); head hanging low as if he can’t  look at her.

                yes, he’s ashamed of leaving. more so than he’s physically able to admit.

                  It’s a sharp blade, one of his. She can’t help but stare                 at its fine metallic edge as it turns about, the handle pointing out to her.                  She hesitates, she’s never held a blade in her life
                                              ( not one for fighting purposes, at least ). 
                      She wraps her hand around it, slowly taking the weapon. Aurora                  looks to him for guidance, as always she does ––– she feels so strange                    holding it, knowing that she might possess something close to a                          small fraction of that deadly capability he has.

                                         he keeps a watchful gaze on her.

                           only to obtain a blade of his own, preparing to act like a                  mirror for her. he would show her what to do, and what not to do.

                      you keep balance.

                 snake eyes then takes a step back, raising his own blade         up. taking stance, releasing a breath, and he closes his eyes.          he roots himself in the present moment. sounds, smells, touch.                       and then he begins the motion.

                                            moving his sword around him like it was a               dance, showing her several different motions and actions you can             take to wield a sword. after a few moments, he opens his eyes, and                                  stares at her, extending his arm out.

                                                only to balance the point of the blade on his                                        fingers, showing her the act of pure balance.

I hope this doesn't sound mean, but why do you have two face claims that are entirely different from each other? Like one is brown haired while the other is blonde haired. I am just genuinely curious about your answer, and I hope this didn't come off as rude, because that wasn't my intention :)

                 oh friend! of course this isn’t mean or rude! i really         appreciate this, actually ( ᐛ )و  so thank you for sending this in!

                              lets start with the start                and that’s g.i.joe.              over the years g.i.joe has obtained several different versions of             itself. originally, it was many comic books. but soon it was taken                on through an animated series ( g.i.joe: renegades ) and finally                      the two movies ( g.i.joe: rise of cobra & g.i.joe: retaliation )

                                 but because these were several years apart, the story                  was altered a bit. with snake eyes’ appearance as well as his                                            background and personality.

                  now; both the comic books and the animated series stuck       with snake eyes having blonde hair / blue eyes, losing his voice to        an accident, and how he tries to keep the killing to a minimum.

                 in my verse honor is my advantage, snake eyes goes        to war, comes home and his family was killed in a car accident.            he then joins the arashikage clan only to leave, and is found              by general hawk who started the g.i.joe’s. snake is then injured           during a mission, and his vocal cords are permanently damaged.

                                                             meanwhile…..

                             in the verse unmasked, snake loses his family around             the time when he’s 10 years old, is welcomed into the arashikage            clan as an orphan, watches his hardmaster die, and chooses to be                mute, then joins g.i.joe when he’s old enough.

                                so as you can see, there are major differences in both,                 and i loved both of the versions, so i decided to make different                         verses for them ◦°˚\(*❛‿❛)/˚°◦ i hope this helped, anon!

You drink beer and drink beer and wait for the stars to come down, for when things start to make an inside-out sort of sense where you’re dreaming, but your dreams’ll exist if you want them to. You hit things because there aren’t words— scraped knuckles and bloody wrists gas pedals and pavement taking over the meaningfulness of everything you almost think, all the shit caught somewhere between your chest and your lips. The thing about him is that you want to protect him but the point of him is that he is not himself if he’s letting you. You’re no good at this thing this letting him be thing but you are a believer and he is a person you can believe in.
