ATTENTION SILMARILLION FANDOM

A while ago an anon very nicely asked me if I could post more Silmarillion stuff and I’ve been thinking abou it because it’s my favourite book and I just got two - what I think to be - very nice and entertaining ideas for the silm fandom but I will need your help so I’ll tell you what I’m thinking and you tell me if we can do it okay?

IDEA NUMBER 1

Well I am part of two groups of Tolkien fans here in Brazil: The White Council and Valinor and one of them or both, I can’t remember, used to do a very fun thing: a trial.

They would pick a character from a Tolkien book and that character would have a full trial. An accuser would point out a crime and we would need a defender, a jury and a judge.

As you can see it is not my idea I am stealing it from my groups but I think it would very fun for us to try. Of course you can do that with any book but I thought we could star with The Silm.

What you guys think?

IDEA NUMBER 2

An award. Simple like that.

Best hair, best, love story, most tragic death, the biggest little shit (yes I had this idea while writing my last post).

I would need your help to decide which categories we would have and then we present the nominees and open for vote and then show the tumblr world the Arda winners.

So?

I am sorry if this had been done in any way but I never saw any of this here so I thought we could try.

Please give me some feedback so I can see if this can be done or not if you are interested or if it is a good and fun idea.
