Mr Qi gives me the vibe of an eldritch being that is not bound by the laws of our reality, but chooses to abide by them anyways. And if you've read my comic, you can probably guess I can't resist that kind of thing.
finally got around to listening to the adventure zone and OH MY GOD i have been missing out
"don't let your disability stop you from reaching your goals!" i have no choice but to let my disability put obstacles between me and my goals, you think i just pick and choose when i can/can't do something? it's the literal definition of a disability, it disables you from doing things. how hard is that to understand?

It's not your fault. You won't be stuck forever. I know you're trying. I know you hate it. It's ok.
And tell the Mean Voice in your head that it's not helping. It knows as well as you do that you would get up and Just Start the task if you could. You're not doing this on purpose.
Take a deep breath. Relax your jaw. I see you trying so hard to break out of it, but you can't force it. You'll get Unstuck eventually. All you can do in the interim is be kind to yourself.
