IT IS SO HOT but it's so nice to be able to stroll around in my underwear comfortably. Post op two and a half months! I still have a long way until my body goal is reached but I'll get there 💪
My chest ripped open about a month after surgery (a couple weeks ago) and it looked really nasty, luckily enough it has been healing and the scars are getting lighter around it so I might not even need to visit my surgeon again about perhaps needing a revision surgery. We were worried at first when the wound was wide open and really scary looking but now there is a lot less worry! My surgery was done on June 3rd

First time outside without a shirt on and holy moly it feels great. I don’t have to stress about college, I’m getting commissions done outside, playing Collective Soul. I really need days like today, after all the stress and tears it’s so nice to feel like I’m getting better. Now I just need to get ready for my portfolio show then I’m waiting to heal a bit more and then I can start working out. Good things are happening ☀️☀️☀️
Hours after my surgery I was still super doped up on meds and my mom had put up balloons and streamers for my birthday (same day as my surgery) I was so out of it the first thing I said when they guided me into the room was "oh man who's birthday is it?" Not even kidding. Also It took me three hours to eat that strawberry apparently. And my birthday hat looks like a dunce cap but it honestly just makes it even better. And the second one I'm cuddled up with the Pokemon blanket I've literally had for sixteen years. It was the best birthday present I'm ever going to get

Everything is healing very well and both my nipples are looking great, I have a bit of bruising and soreness still but all in all I feel fantastic!! A couple more weeks then I don’t have to wear my compression vest anymore and can start pumpin’ iron and take up dance and running! GONNA GET FIT for the beach and stuff!! This summer is going to be rad! ( •̀ᄇ• ́)ﻭ✧
Also sorry for no picture and video updates yet, I have been very busy with school but the next couple days I will upload all of it to here too!
GUYS I HAVE A SERIOUS QUESTION ABOUT THE HEALTH OF MY NIPPLES.
I plan on going to the large trans friendly clinic downtown but I wanted to know if anyone else has dealt with their nipples healing at different times? One of them is almost healed all the way around but my other one still looks days behind, the whole edge around it doesn’t look “fused” to the rest of my skin yet. I had the bilateral centric mastectomy [scars only around my nipples]
Has anyone else dealt with this? Should I be worried? I am going to go to talk to my surgeon about it but has anyone personally dealt with this?

Well you’ve seen it here folks, post op exactly ten days. First shirtless picture I’ve ever posted and holy damn I am excited. Now to wait for everything to heal and then I can beef up on my work out and get a routine down. I want to build up and make my chest look as fantastic as it possibly can. working out before was almost impossibly uncomfortable because of a binder. But now once I heal I will be free to make this body mine to absolutely love living in ❤️☀️

I was about an A to high B, I got a little smaller after testosterone but not a dramatic amount at all.
I got my drains out today! Probably the worst part of my whole top surgery process so far, mom said they pulled out well over six inches of coiled flat tubing from under each surgery site. Pulling it out was probably one of the grossest feelings I can recall, I felt the tubes moving under the surface of my skin underneath my entire peck as she yanked them out /like big ridged worms/.
Me and mom also got to see my chest so far, it looks amazing. My nipples are lined up perfectly and spaced perfectly. I am so unbelievably happy with how everything looks so far.
Unfortunately disturbing everything made it all very sensitive again and painful. I’m couch bound today again as everything is still very tender, but huge step in healing today. It’s reliving and also very very exciting. ❤️

I started my testosterone shots today. I’m over the moon with excitment, I still can’t stop smiling. //Anyway I knew nothing would happen from the first shot, so i’m not disappointed that my voice didn’t get manly seconds after. xD Actually I haven’t felt any pain at all in my leg (thats where it was administered, In my thigh) Though the doctor said It might feel like someone punched me there tomorrow. He was really funny and got all excited when he saw that I was excited, he was actually the one that gave me the shot because all the nurses were busy. //For a one inch needle I was a little surprised I didn’t feel anything at all. So after two weeks I will go back to my family doctor and learn how to do it myself.
It’s finally started guys, I can’t even contain how happy I am. :’))

So I guess this really starts my transition blog, from now on i’d like to update on progress and things.
