Bilateral Standing Dumbbell Press

Grasp the dumbbells with an overhand grip. Position the dumbbells an inch or two outside of your shoulders. Press the dumbbells upward until your arms are just short of straight overhead. Lower to the outside of your shoulders.
Tip: Avoid overarching your lower back. Keep your abs tight.

Grocery haul from this morning. All of this, and I mean all of it!, was purchased at Aldi for a mere $53!!!!!!!!! I am dying over here!!! If I bought all of this at say Cub Foods it would probably been double that or close to it. Not pictured are the items from target: Milk and greek yogurt. Can’t wait to start meal prepping it all in a bit!!! One of the best pieces were the cheese cubes. I’m going to make my own cheese and nut protein packs. Who knows, might through in some hard boiled egg with the pack 😁😋🍓🥑🥓🍽🔪
