Okay, I'm really glad that you're passionate about the Tudor dynasty, but you've got to stop looking at the events of their time through your present day lens. Just reading some of your posts it also look like your knowledge of the Tudors comes from the crappy TV show and Wikipedia pages??? I don't mean to be mean, but you need become a better historian...

Tudor Nerds Appreciation Month
As you all know, this blog is a way for Tudor history nerds to come together, share ideas, and get to know people with similar interests. I love seeing the amount of interaction that goes on with each posted confession, and I love receiving your messages and getting to know you.
So, for the month of October, I want to really dedicate this blog to all of you. I’m calling it my Appreciation Month for all of my fellow Tudor history nerds.
I’m inviting all of you to confess your nerdiest moments. Post a photo and an account of a visit to a Tudor-related historic site; write about your to-die-for Tudor book collection; send me a story about a time in class when you couldn’t contain your enthusiasm for the Tudors; send me a selfie of you in those Anne Boleyn pearls I know you own; show me that picture of Elizabeth I above your desk (oh wait, that’s me).
Basically, send me anything that tells me–and other followers– about your love of Tudor history.
After you make your post, tag it #tudor nerd. Throughout October, I’ll reblog a certain amount of your posts every day (along with the usual confessions).
