No problem!! That's what I aimed for I mean I remember when I started trying to make sense of theme codes and I didn't know that "CSS" or "HTML" was anything to do with it and had no idea where to start so I'm glad it seems to have helped?!

where it says URL HERE in the code, replace that with the url of your link, and it has to be the full thing so for example http://www.tumblr.com
and then where it says link1 , link2 etc, that's where you put in what the link is called, like what people see if that makes sense
for example if in the code it said:
then it'll appear as a link like this:
(only the formatting of course would be different in the tag page)

- This theme has a lot of customization options, including options to show a header image and avatar, and to show or hide the title and description. These options are all linked up with the global appearance options, for example, if you show the header image, it'll also show when you hover over a link to your blog on your dashboard

Hi! I use your theme 07 and I absolutely love it! However when I try to add an update tab to the upper left hand corner the sidebar image will cover it up. Do you have any idea how i could fix that? Thanks so much!
I assume in the CCS of the updates tab it has position:fixed;
if so, just add in z-index:9999; and that should do it

Hi, i was just wondering if you had a tutorial about how to add a picture background into your theme
the simplest way I can think of is to go to "edit theme" and then scroll down and click on "advanced options" and then in where it says "add custom css" put this:
body { background-image:url('YOUR IMAGE URL HERE');
}
and if you don't want it to repeat add this before the }
background-repeat:no-repeat;
or if you want it to remain in its original proportions but cover the entire background add this:
background-size:cover;
if you need a place to upload a background image to get a URL then you can here
Hello so a few people have asked me about an image I used for the sidebar background for one of my themes, and I have said a few times I'll release a pack of images to use for themes, and so here I (finally) am! (I've called it a texture pack seeing as they're not necessarily for themes). Most of the textures used in making these came from here.
There's 8 of them and they're all 500x800 pixels.
As usual please don't redistribute or claim as your own! And likes/reblogs are appreciated if you use them

then add that code under the next link5 that you see after that if you want a column under the 2nd column, etc

i would really LIKE to but i feel as though putting it together would take a good hour or two that I really need to spend doing revision. If I get on with things then maybe I'll have a big break on Monday and post one, but I'm not guaranteeing anything! Sorry!!
