I am in love with this coffee cup because I put my coffee in it at 9am this morning, and never got around to completely finishing it.

Well, it’s a little after 4pm and I am finally getting back to it and my coffee is still warm. I mean it’s not killer hot, but I don’t need to warm it up to enjoy it. It’s still at an awesome temp.

So, I keep taking pictures of my food, but keep forgetting to post them on here. I have been really good with staying on track the last two weeks with eating, with the exception of the two parties I went to last weekend.

So here was today breakfast. I was feeling hungry so I went with a big breakfast, but woot woot for me it was only 13sp.

Lunch was a lovely 9sp

Guys I did better this week.

I only had 4 coffee cups left in my office by the end of the week, compared to the 5 last week.
