Can we not…ever…talk about “I went for it, I believed in myself like you said,” the boys all together teaching Liam not to be afraid of not being good at things, the boys all together teaching Liam to throw himself into experiences, and not worry about how they would turn out, or how he would look, can we not ever talk about him specifically shaking Louis’ hand as he says it, and Louis nodding, can we not ever talk about the possibility that Louis — who hated Liam, remember, when they first got together as a band, who hated that Liam never wanted to do anything fun, who hated that Liam always wanted to follow the rules, who would have liked sometimes to punch Liam right in his Liam face — can we not even talk about the possibility that Louis might have said, over and over, “You just have to believe in yourself, Liam, you just have to go for it,” can we not ever talk about Louis teaching Liam to believe in himself, but more than that, teaching Liam to give himself a little freedom.

Oh god. I need this post in my life.

never forget the video in which this italian guy admitted that he “thought he was gay once,” and then corrected himself and said, “i understood i was gay when i listened to certain music and i i liked them” and then basically admitted to realising he was gay when he listened to one direction in 2012 and was attracted by them. do not let this die. please someone gif this.

the (purposeful?) lack of effort put into the flashbacks, just straight up putting a wig on 47 year old colin firth, 55 year old pierce brosnan, and 56 year old stellan skarsgard and saying they’re all like 20 (TWENTY) is a level of iconic very few movies possess

Please do not start your essay with “Music has always been a big part of my life.” I get it. It’s the start of every. single, fricken, essay. And I know I probably made the same mistakes when I was writing mine.

Honestly, you wouldn’t be the first person. I had a student start an essay with “Ball is life” and they got a scholarship so…

I am incredibly curious as to why a college admissions officer has a tumblr

Shouldn’t we be worried that a college admission officer HAS a tumblr??

Favorite AIMH moments

  1. Realizing he tweeted AIMH on this day and the day before these pictures were taken.
  2. The day we all thought AIMH had been taken down and were really upset about it, and Louis followed a fan with the tweet as their header. He hadn’t followed anyone for days and that was the only account he followed. It’s as if he was upset about it too, but luckily it turned out to only be a twitter glitch. 
  3. When AIMH passed Obama’s famous “four more years” tweet and became the second most retweeted tweet in history. 
  4. When the tweet reached 1 million retweets (second tweet to EVER do so at the time) and Louis’ icon was the twitter egg so all our screen shots of the tweet reaching 1 mill is with that damn egg sjdjd (this sign lol)
  5. Just under 1 hour after AIMH reached 1 mill when the fandom was on fire, HappyAnniverssaryLarry was even trending on twitter, Gemma found it a good time to retweet a conversation about a young boy asking his mom if boys can get married. 
  6. After it hit 1 mill we also saw a bunch of their friends and family just *randomly* tweet and IG all those love and rainbow emojis that day (I couldn’t find the receipts right now but a larrie never forgets)
  7. When Liam read a concert sign with ‘Always in my heart @Harry_Styles’ on it out loud and said “Aww that’s beautiful stuff right there”
  8. When it hit 2 million literally on Valentine’s Day and this was the mood.
  9. When Harry picked up a swedish flag with AIMH printed inside of it and waved it around like the proudest mf.
  10. After months of only basic promo tweets and robotic “All the love, thank you, H.”-after show tweets Harry decided on October 2nd 2015, the 4th anniversary of AIMH, to very cryptically tweet this: “The summertime and butterflies, all belong to your creation”. MITAM wasn’t out yet but when we later heard Olivia in its entirety we realized that the line immediately following what he tweeted is “I love you, it’s all I do, I love you…“ Yeah he really did that, on THAT day, wow.
