Finally finished Days of Blood and Starlight by Lani Taylor today. I really enjoyed it and don't know what took me so long to finish! Can't wait to pick up number 3. . . . So to celebrate being nearly at 500 followers I’m opening my giveaway now because gosh I can’t wait any longer I’m so excited!!

I have hit a huge and significant follower milestone recently, and to celebrate I’d like to host a giveaway! When I started this blog I didn’t have any hopes for anything, I really didn’t even know what I was getting in to. I just really love books and wanted to looks at pictures of books and read theories and quotes. It appears that I’m not the only one! This whole experience is made better and more fun for me because of the wonderful people who choose to share in this blog with me.

I finally got a new laptop and owe my grandmother at least $450 for it- but I’ve got most of that covered with my coming paycheck this Friday. What is really hurting me now is that my car broke down yesterday, requiring a $300 fix that I don’t have the money for. My grandmother is paying for it, but I really need to pay her back, she deserves it for all she’s been doing for me. On top of only making minimum wage at my job (which I only have two more weeks before I move back to Chicago for college and will be without income again) my hours just got cut. I’ll have at most 15 hours per week, which is no where near enough to cover the cost of the car fix (which may be another $150+ soon if I need a new battery too) and still have money to go back to college with to pay for food or other emergencies.
I feel awful about what I’ve been putting her though. So much money has been spent on me recently (a few months ago my car required an over $1000 fix which my grandma paid) and I have very little means of paying any of it back with my current income.
