I've been trying to think of what Dungeons & Dragons classes Yuichi & his friends could possibly be if they ever played Dungeons & Dragons; Gen would possibly be a fighter class, Kitsune would probably be a thief, Chizu could possibly be some kind of rogue & paladin might possibly be a good fit for Yuichi as his class.

Donnie: Someone who knows everything about the Hidden City

I find it funny that Donnie states that he knows everything about the Hidden City when he only known about the existence of the Hidden City for less than two years & he's only actually been to it a few times though if anyone pointed that out to him, Donnie would probably say that a few times was enough for him.

Raph put a bandage on his Bug Buster suit to match the bandage that he usually wears.

One of Leo's outfits in the episode 'The Clothes Don't Make The Turtle' is a reference to Leon from Resident Evil 4 which was possibly done due to how in Rise, Leo likes to be called Leon as nickname, however the fact that Leo's outfit is a reference to another character also means that Leo possibly likes to wear outfits inspired by characters from pieces of media that he likes as well.

I want to know the names of every teddy bear in Raph's teddy bear collection.

The fact that there were apparently multiple scrapped episodes planned where Leo & Draxum would have been forced to work together in order for Leo to eventually learn to trust Draxum is so funny to me because it is basically the equivalent of sticking Leo & Draxum into a 'get along shirt' with each other.

If Yuichi possibly enjoys stargazing due to The Usagi Chronicles ending with Yuichi & his friends looking at the stars at night, then I wonder if Yuichi always enjoyed stargazing & if Yuichi spent a lot of his childhood on his Aunite's farm looking up at the stars.

April, Leo, Mikey & Raph: Big Mama...

Considering that Donnie often shows hostility towards Big Mama whenever he has to interact with her, Donnie acting slightly upset over his family wanting to ask Big Mama for help isn't simply due to them going to someone else for help instead of going to him, it's also possibly due to his family going to someone Donnie doesn't seem to like for help instead of him.

14. April & Sunita were planned to have more 'girls night' episodes together.

It was also stated that Casey would have possibly have developed a dynamic with both April & Sunita so there is also a possibility that Casey would have been included in the 'girls night' episodes with April & Sunita as well.

Yuichi: Miyamoto Usagi was a great hero! He wasn't a traitor!

Considering that Yuichi didn't know about how the people of Neo Edo viewed Miyamoto Usagi as a 'traitor' until he came to the city even though it seems to be common knowledge with Gen even mentioning that people 'learn about Miyamoto Usagi in history class' I'm wondering if that means that either Miyamoto Usagi was possibly remembered more favourably outside of Neo Edo or if it is instead possibly evidence that Yuichi was completely home schooled with his Auntie deciding what was taught to him.

Donnie: Wait a minute, is that Todd?

Donnie's reaction to Todd showing up during the episode 'The Evil League of Mutants' is so funny to me because it is completely justified, imagine spending days building a guy an entire park & then one of the next times you see him, he's just casually hanging out with a bunch of your enemies, Donnie is completely justified in interrupting Draxum's monologue to be surprised about Todd, he honestly should have gotten the chance to react more to it.

According to the Lou Jitsu dōjō pamphlet, Lou Jitsu's fighting style is made up of jujutsu, judo, boxing, wrestling, kung-fu, karate, aikido & meditation which possibly means that considering that Splinter trained them those also possibly make up April & the Turtle's fighting styles as well.

Thinking about how during the episode 'Shreddy or Not' both Leo & Mikey had to held back from rushing to help a family member in danger even when they were powerless to actually help (Leo with Karai, & Mikey with Splinter & Draxum) possibly showing that their first instinct is that they would rather be with their family even in danger than to be safe without them.
