So recently(ish) I finally sat down to watch a Sam and Colby video.
Which turned into another, and another and, well, I guess it's safe to say I'm a fan now. The ghosting stuff is my shiz and it's really cool seeing them visit places I've always wanted to visit myself.
Mentioned to my sister that my urge to ghost hunt was at an all time high (as a result of this) and she was already, without prompting, looking up haunted locations in our state.
So maybe we'll go hunting together soon.
I'm playing The Ssum right now and am internally screaming because my bae JAEHEE KANG picked up Teo's phone.
I've missed her so much. <3
Also, this is confirmation that The Ssum exists within the same universe as Mystic Messenger. So that's fun!

this reminds me of lot. he hesitated leaving the city of sodom even when the angels told him to turn back before everything would get destroyed. indeed, the angels even had to take his hand along with his family to bring him out of peril, but all of this was done because abraham prayed for lot to be saved. check out the verse genesis 19:29.
So the verse in question, from the AMS Bible: And it came to pass, when God destroyed the cities of the Plain, that God remembered Abraham, and sent Lot out of the midst of the overthrow, when he overthrew the cities in which Lot dwelt.
Right, so Abraham remembered his nephew and prayed for him and his family to be saved. (I can't recall, but was Abraham in heaven at this point?)
Do you mean to imply that God will spare people the fate of Hell if their Heavenbound family prays for them? Or do you mean to imply that sometimes people are hesitant to leave their loved ones behind, knowing they will suffer, and that angels sometimes have to guide/encourage them to leave them?
I got curious about the Blaze thing and clicked on it only to end up scrolling through the posts that showed up.
Makes me want to do another Jane Austen binge watched and liveblog them again.
I have a few questions for Christians that I don't know the answer to and I would love to hear their take on them. I've been going through copies of the bible that I have, but I can't seem to find an answer for this myself in them so I'd really appreciate the clarification.
Starting off easy, just seeking confirmation:
Heaven is supposed to be an afterlife where you praise your god for eternity, want for nothing, and there is no suffering, right?
From what I remember reading, what I remember from my old Pastor's sermons, people in heaven don't get sick, hungry, or suffer at all. They just spend their days in happiness, contentment, praising their lord.
So, one more confirmation question:
Those who do not go to heaven go to hell, right? Where they are tormented for eternity for their sins?
Hell really sounds like a horrid place. I really get why so many Christians try to preach their religion, to try to help people avoid such a fate.
Now, I asked both of these clarification questions for a reason. The two of them have raised a third question for me and this one is the one I've been struggling with.
If someone you love, truly love, does not make it to heaven... How do you not suffer, even in Heaven, knowing their fate?
I thought of my mother with this question. If she goes to heaven but one, or more, of her children were to end up in Hell because they weren't Christian (two are Pagan) then wouldn't she suffer knowing the fate of her beloved children? Knowing her as I do, I can't imagine her ever being able to be content knowing any of her children were suffering.
So that's what I would like to find out, if y'all don't mind answering. Any bible verses on the topic would also be appreciated.

the best way to support libraries is to use libraries. go get a card, check something out. not a big reader? they got movies. they got games. yes, like botw and fallout and let’s go eevee. they also have cds that yes, we workers know you take home and rip to your computer. we also do it.
if you have a well funded library you might even have access to maker spaces that have 3D printers. or video/audio recording equipment. libraries aren’t these tomb silent homes for books any more. they’re community spaces. they’re full of life and things.

Wait can you imagine if Thor miscalculated throwing it too far and it landing in L-Corp. Lena jumping to see a fucking hammer in the middle of her office and goes to pick it up like “what the hell is this” and when Kara goes to apologize bc she already knows no one else can lift it up from the rubble she almost drops out of the sky seeing Lena walking away with it to see what type of metal this is and if she can melt it to use for an L-Corp project.

i'm going to answer this assuming you are asking in good faith.
it's not great.
the split attraction model works very well when applied to aro and ace people (i'm one of those!) but past that it just really... does not. lesbian means not attracted to men in any way. it is the only sexuality label that doesn't include men. your attraction can work differently to different genders but if you are attracted to men you are not a lesbian.
if the other genders you're attracted to does not include men that does make it more of a personal choice-- lesbianism has always included nonbinary people.
but yeah, anything that includes men in lesbian attraction is not good. please leave this one space that doesn't include men. bi/panromantic homosexual is a technically accurate description if you really need to specifically describe the way your attraction differs between genders, but it's also fine to just be bi/pan. it is an accurate label for someone that's attracted to multiple genders regardless of how that attraction works.
I didn't come to attack or to argue. I just didn't know if the terms were acceptable because I've heard some offer them up as a counter to the bi-pan lesbian crap. Sincerely, thank you for your explanation and clearing up my confusion. <3 Sorry if I upset you.
