So, i have been meaning to do this for a while because I really have been feeling unhappy with how this blog has been going & I am genuinely sorry for changing blogs so often, particularly with my multi muse. I want to thank all of you who have stuck with me through all of it. However I am hoping this will be my last move for my multi muse & i am going to try much harder to organize things more smoothly so that I can find more happiness & contentment with it.

The shadow shot the stranger a straight look, brow raising slowly, but gradually, before he shook his head and let out a sigh. Goddesses, it was like trying to convince a child that he wasn’t about to get told on. What was worse was that he honestly did not care about the other’s wings, in addition to the fact that he literally had nobody to tell, nor would he go through the trouble of doing so in the first place.

"Who would I tell? I only know a select few people, and while I will admit, I didn’t expect to come across someone with wings, it’s not something I’m going to go around advertising. Calm down. Why is it you don’t want anyone to know anyway?"

Truthfully Alec lacked social skills, he didn't know how to handle fear & uncertainty other than with aggression. He simply feared that his identity would be revealed, that they would find him again, take him away & bring him back to that lab. A flash of white walls & the chemical smell of bleach intermingled with scents he could not identify burned in his nose. In some sense, he was a child, there were some things he simply hadn't been taught, things he had yet to learn.  

"Tch- whatever..

                     It's...nothing.."

He isn't going to reveal his secret so easily, it would take much more prompting & far more trust before he would even consider it.

She even lacked the scent of one who would, Although it was most likely masked under the scent of her perfume. Not that the odor could be hidden well. She probably had knowledge of this. One moment, ❞ The Raven responds, Hand reaching into his pocket to retrieve the lighter.  ❝ Here. ❞ An open palm containing the lighter extends to her, Head tilting slightly. ❝ Can I get an introduction in return ? ❞

 He was correct in his assumption that it was no where near her first time, she had been smoking for quite some years now. Truly it was a nasty habit, but not one she imagined she would be ridding herself of anytime soon. The scent of lavender & sandalwood easily masked the thick scent of smoke that clung to her skin & clothing, toothpaste masking that which attempted clinging to her tongue. Well, to most that is, to one with normal senses. With a grin icy fingertips would skim his palm, a cigarette now dangled between her lips, the flame brought to its tip, with an inhale Ceily placed the lighter in his hand once more.

"Sure."

She took another drag, smoke filling her lungs & with an exhale came her reply.

"Cecily. & Do i have the pleasure of an introduction in return?"

     [ all you lovelies out there who make / customize your own themes should really check this out. it seems to me that too many people don’t realize that, while their theme may be flawless in their own screen resolution, to a large portion of their followers / audience, it may be completely unusable ( or look wonky due to misuse of fixed / relative / absolute positioning values ). screenfly is a thememaker’s best friend, yo. ]
