Good morning 🌞✨ I made vegan coconut sugar banana bread and all I can say is…make at your own risk, cause this sh*t is addicting (And it’s literally only 6 ingredients.)
Recipe: -4 ripe bananas -2/3 cup sugar (I used coconut sugar) -1 tsp pure vanilla extract -2 cups whole wheat flour -1 tsp baking powder -½ tsp sea salt
✨ Preheat oven to 350 and grease a bread pan (I used coconut oil). Mash the bananas in a bowl and then add the other ingredients. When it’s all mixed put it in the pan and bake for an hour… I added dark chocolate chunks but that’s optional for your chocolatey desires! When I took it out of the oven I sprinkled it with more coconut sugar and ate a piece covered in peanut butter. Enjoy // try not to face plant directly into the pan ✨✨✨
