Cap vs Batman???

batman is banned from vs matches due to rabid batfans not understanding what plot armour is.

Or they seem to think that when batman has these random encounter vs deathmatches with people that hi opponent is suddenly gonna turn into a village idiot and forget how to do anything.

Like some comic book shop website (possibly midtown) did a series of vs matches once between dc characters

And it was Batman vs Captain Marvel and they gave Batman the win. Now this is kinda paraphrasing because i don’t have a photographic memory but they said something like ‘Batman would figure out CM was actually a young boy and use that to his advantage’

um. So while batman is figuring out that CM is actually a young boy what in the actual blue fuck is Captain marvel doing? Is he just stood there while batman fucking works out he’s actually a child? Captain marvel could kill batman before batman knew he was in a fight.

And i HAVE to mention it every time so people don’t think i’m some kind of weird hater but batman is a top five fave comic book character of all time for me.

Lately i have had someone say batman would beat juggernaut by slashing his muscles. Juggernaut! Juggernaut has tanked hits that could split planets. BUT OH NOES BATMAN HAS A SHARP BLADE!1!11! Juggernaut who has been slashed by wolverine’s claws and not been scratched. Juggernaut who has swam in molten steel.

And then i posted like 50 Spider-man feats. Feats of strength and agility and power and durability and some clownshoe was still ‘batman would beat him!!11!’

There is no shame in batman losing to these people in a 1v1. It’s not his thing.

batman is smarter and a better fighter. But he can only do what a human can do. Cap can go beyond that.
