just finished wathing another episode letsplay and that was the most perfect thing i’ve ever seen

Taichi looked from his laptop, a cheerful smile running across his face. Though he knew Takaaki was rather grumpy right now, he still felt the need to try and converse with him.
“Wouldn't really be a job if you didn’t have trouble makers, Ehehe~ It’s not all bad Takaaki-kun. We’ll get to have our children around a bit more. You can’t tell me you don’t miss Ishimaru around the house.”
Takaaki sighs and stubs out his smoke in the ash tray, he appreciated the other man’s positivity, it helped balance out his own negativity. “I know, I know. It’s just with this spike in gang activity, it means more kids are gonna be fighting and gettin’ hurt.” He narrows his eyes a bit, it hurt the cop to see all these poor kids putting their lives on the line. “I just hope Kiyotaka spends his summer relaxing, he always insists on taking summer classes..”
Taichi chuckled a bit more, he was glad to have taken his friend’s mind off of work, even if it was only for a moment. Hopefully it would last longer if he continued with a discussion on their children.
“Well I’m sure he will a little bit at least. He has Chihiro and Mondo to hang around now. I don’t know how your son feels, but it’s been a real wonder seeing my dear with those two. ... I’m very happy to see her smile so much again.”
“Good. I expect you’ll remember who brought you to safety. I have no idea how or why Shirokuma is the way he is… But I owe him too much to question it. If robotics aren’t your specialty, though… What is? We could do with more doctor-types, more than anything.”
“My specialty? Well, ... let’s just say I’m programmer. I used to help create security systems for large companies. It’s not the greatest skill to have in this time, but ... I’m sure I can still help out in some way.”
