        After I finished recording everyone’s sprint times, I sat with them on the meadow. The scent of grass dispersed from the vivid green that surrounded us. A gust of wind blew from the river; Fujiwara-kun’s raven hair, and Yagami-kun’s fair ones, both damp with sweat, swayed with it. The smell of bodies drenched in sweat wafted through the air.
        Spring is almost over. The season of new encounters ends, and from here on something different begins. At least, that was how I felt.
