Minho’s 3rd Test and Frypan’s Memories

So this bonus content of the Maze Runner/Scorch Trials Collective Edition? It includes Minho’s third Trial and some of Frypan’s Memories he got after the swipe was removed. I highly recommend getting it, because it soooo heartbreaking, and well written by James Dashner himself.

Both Frypan’s parents had been test subjects for WICKED. And his mad cooking skills? Those were taught to him by his dad. My heartttt. 

Minho’s third Trial? 

They wrote eight names on a board, Thomas, Newt, Frypan, Aris, Harriet, Sonya, Teresa and Brenda. Then they asked him to choose one that he would save  from having their brain tested and studied (Like Thomas in Death Cure). He was allowed one word response.

In the end, Minho never gave a name. And Lincoln, the man giving him the test beat him up pretty good for it, but after several failed attempts of getting a name he finally lets Minho go. Minho never compromised, and offered his life in exchange for all theirs. 

Makes you wonder…what would have happened had Minho given one name to save?
