You realize these features are actually the majority right? The majority of the world has brown eyes, dark skin, coarse hair. Big lips and big noses are much more common than small. Billions of people are by average short. Hairy as well. Most people aren’t white. This is actual reality these aren’t “unconventional” or “distinct” features at all they’re actually the most common by far
