Louis took the time to adjust the pillows behind him and take a more sitting, rather than just spread out, position on Lottie’s bed. His eyes settled back on Zayn as he asked him if he’d had a busy day. God, he must have look terrible. The blue eyed lad let out a little chuckle before answering with one of his characteristic come backs. “Define ‘busy’” he said and chuckled a bit more. “My sisters are….loud” he said simply and that——that was an understatement, okay? Louis was loud and messy. His sisters were chaotic, all over the place. Dancing, screaming, shouting at each other, crying. “I think I haven’t seem them like this in quite a while. Maybe is their way of saying ‘welcome home dear brother’, To be quite honest, I don’t even know” he breathed out. And maybe it was, maybe it was a way of them saying ‘welcome home’. It had definitely been a while since Louis actually spent a night in his mum’s house like back in the day. When he knew Jay had gotten pregnant with the twins, Louis made some other arrangements for his trips to Doncaster and, also, his old room belonged to the babies so…yeah. Now, he was burrowing Lottie’s bedroom for the night. She had some pyjama party thing and Jay had insisted for him to sleep there rather than on the couch like he had been doing for the past few days. He was surrounded by pink and pale green and orange, a lot of orange. He shook his head, coming back to Zayn. “So…what’s up with you? What have you been up to these days?” he said softly, smiling at his friends image on his laptop screen.
zayn stared down at louis on the computer screen as he spoke,a few laughs slipping his mouth when louis was explaining how hectic it was there and zayn could never see himself personally in that type of situation. Zayn had sisters but, they werent that loud and they didnt like to bother him that much when he was doing something important, like now. "youre silly." he said with a chuckle, "and nothings new here. just bored. miss you. and your cute little bum." he said cheekily, his hand coming up to scratch his stubble as he spoke, "hope no one heard that."
