My confession

I have don't this for a few years now and I don't know exactly why...but if there is someone from another country ( UK) mostly I will straight up ask them where they are from..THEN they politely tell me where they are from
THEN
I will proceed to tell them how I know someone or about a person I previously lived with who is from there (even though this is a straight up lie) 9/10 I do NOT know ANYTHING where your from, what you do, who lives there.
...I think I just like the way there faces light up like there's a connection to back home. Or that they feel a part of something... I should probably stop lying haha its the only lie I ever tell.

Note to self;

Lactose intolerance does not just go away. You can't just spend 5 years of your life drinking almond milk and soy milk in your cereal to just go and just play the game "let's see what happens" at second cup by ordering a regular mocha... long story short, the guy on the bus seated in front of me hates me right now. Self... just spend the extra 10 seconds explaining you want soy AND whip cream.
