For a moment she looked at Grogu and in a split second he jumped into the air and she is quick to move forward to catch him, gasping when she caught him and she chuckles.

“Grogu! Did you just jumped??” She asked before peppering kisses all over his head “You’re so good! I’m so proud of you!” She chuckles softly as she smooths his little hair out. “When did you learn that?”

He couldn't help but giggle in response to her questions. Even more so when she peppered his face with kisses, flashing her a broad smile when she mentioned that she was proud of him. His large ears raised, twitching a little as she smoothed out his hair. He babbled happily in response to her question, wishing that he could tell her all about the adventures he'd had since he'd last seen her..

His little coos made her chuckles softly, it was amazing how much he has grown- perhaps he has grew just a little but she could sense that her little green bean has had an adventure.

Her brow quirked up when he didn’t walk into her hands and so she took that as a no- he didn’t want to be picked up. “Okay buddy.” She smiles and stood straight up again “I hope we can travel? I can keep you safe just like the Mandalorian.”

He could tell she was surprised by his reaction. He didn't want her to feel bad though, so he moved backwards a little, as quickly as he could with his little legs, keeping his attention fixed on her all the while. He then moved forward, leaping up in the air. Making a little salto as he made his way towards her with his little arms extended. Hoping that she had good reflexes and would catch him. If not, he had learned how to fall.

Luke hadn't really thought about his birthday much, he'd been so focused on Grogu and his training that by the time he realized his birthday was coming up, it was only three days away.

He needed to comm Leia when he got a chance, it was her birthday too after all.

"Alright, Grogu, my eyes are closed." Luke said holding out his hands for whatever surprise his student had gotten him.

Grogu let out a giggle, thinking this was a gift Luke would appreciate. Or at least.. Think was funny. He kept quiet for a moment, after which he reached out to him telepathically;

"You can open them!"

When Luke opened his eyes, he'd see that Grogu was focused on levitating all the frogs in the surrounding area. But instead of trying to eat them, he slowly made one float towards his hand, a playful look in his eyes.

His stomach rumbled before he had the chance to respond. Placing his hand on his belly he couldn’t help but giggle as he looked up at her, flashing her an absent minded smile. That clearly sounded like a great idea to him!

Phasma returned the giggle, gently setting Grogu down. “I suppose I second that, too!” she said, feeling rather hungry herself. “I’ll make us some pancakes, alright?”

He cooed in delight in response to what she said. Observing her with a curious look once he was seated. He was curious if there was something he could do to help her. Apart from eating the yummy pancakes, of course..

Areeda wiped the tears from her eyes feeling the small hand on her leg. She nearly jumped, but she saw the large green ear from the little being out of the corner of her eye and realized as the creature looked at her with large black eyes and little buck teeth… it was a child. Or appeared to be. She sniffled and took a deep breath, smiling down at him. She wiped at her face with both hands, obviously embarrassed to have gotten caught crying.

“I’m alright,” She lied, still smiling. “Just… missing someone. Hello. What’s your name, little one?”

Grogu gasped when she nearly jumped, his large ears moving up and down as he cautiously observed her. He hadn't meant to scare her. He could tell that she was sad and he wanted to help her. If he could.. He tilted his head when she lied to him. If only he could talk, then he could ask her about this. But despite his age, he couldn't. He cooed softly in response to what she said, moving closer with his small arms extended, offering her a hug. Hoping that would help make her feel better.

Imagine when Grogu can speak and Din brings him back to the mines to take up the creed, and
