How To Manifest More Money

1. Attention - whatever we focus on grows. Training our minds to look for opportunities to create the wealth we seek is a practical way of manifesting more money. We can view closed doors as a sign to give up or an invitation to find the key.

2. Emotions - making ourselves feel good. Sustainably manifesting more money begins with our emotional bank balance - no amount of money will ever be enough if we’re emotionally drained. Feeling like a million dollars is the first step to manifesting it.

3. Gratitude - living in the abundance mindset. Attracting more of what we already have requires us to live in the abundance mindset, one of the most effective ways to do this is to express gratitude for what we already have. Expressing gratitude invites more reasons for us to be thankful.

4. Alignment - acting in accordance with our desires. Living in accordance with what we desire means our thoughts, beliefs and actions are in harmony with our goals. We must remove anything that will not help the manifestation process - for example arguing with others. 

5. Visualisation - building a clear mental picture. To aid the manifestation process we can visualise what our lives will look like once we have manifested that which we are seeking. Adding details like the sights, smells and sounds involved in the reality we desire will speed up the process of manifestation.

6. Speech - words are spells. Affirmations such as “I am in the process of manifesting more money” are an example of how we can speak our reality into existence. We attract what we are, when we live in accordance with what we want we will see it manifest in our lives.

If you have love, you are richer than you think.

The Five Practices

Right Mindfulness

Do not think about the past or future. Do not day-dream. Be mindful, focus,pay attention to what is happening right here right now. As best as you can enjoy the moment.

Right Understanding

Remember that everything we perceive, everything we see, hear, touch or smell is part of the whole Universe. Everything is a manifestation of the Divine, known as the Dharmakaya in Buddhism and personified as Amida Buddha. Everything we perceive is Amida Buddha. We are surrounded by Amida and never separated from the Divine. This includes other people and ourselves also - we are all Amida Buddha.

Right Thought

Everything happens according to Destiny. The will of the Universe is played out. There is a grand plan for everything which is ordained by the Divine with wisdom and compassion. We should bear this in mind and submit to the Divine Dharmakaya.

Right Effort

From right understanding and thinking comes contentment, but effort must be made to cultivate contentment. We must remember that desire is the cause of suffering, while contentment is the greatest wealth. We should try to control and limit our desires. Be content be happy.

Right Concentration

Right concentration is mental stillness. It is a quiet mind. A direct result of contentment and submission. A mind that does not over-think, worry or imagine.

The message for today is about love. Whether it be love for family, a significant other, or yourself (the best love) always keep positive energy. Motivation and communication is key. Edifying others and honestly speaking about how you feel will give you a new found freedom. With this freedom and closure there is power. In the midst of loving all of these people always put yourself first. Don’t waste time and energy on people who don’t deserve it. Always be forgiving but never stupid. It’s your time, don’t let nothing stop your progress.

Detox Waters

If you, like me, get kind of sick of water here are some recipes I’m trying out. Let me know your favorites. Drink water kids and stay safe. 

Watermelon and Strawberry Mint Detox Water Ingredients: 

  • 4 cups watermelon in /2 inch cubes, lightly mashed 
  • ½ pint strawberries, sliced in half 
  • 6 sprigs mint (lightly crushed) 

 Blueberry and Orange Detox Water Ingredients: 

  • 2 Mandarin Oranges, cut into wedges 
  • Handful of blueberries 

 Slim Down Detox Water Ingredients: 

  •  ½ gallon purified water 
  •  ½ lemon, sliced 
  •  ½ lime, sliced 
  •  ½ grapefruit, sliced 
  •  1 cup cucumber, sliced 

Apple Cinnamon Detox Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 Apple thinly sliced, cut away the seeds. 
  • 1 Cinnamon Stick. I don’t recommend using powdered cinnamon, it clogs the water. 

Metabolism Boosting Mango Ginger Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 inch Ginger Root, peeled and sliced 
  • 1 cup Frozen Mango- fresh is fine too 

Raspberry Orange Detox Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 thinly sliced orange 
  • 1 pint raspberries (lightly crushed) 

 Classic Cucumber Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 medium cucumber, cleaned, peeled (or unpeeled depending on your preference) and cut into ½ inch slices. 

 Lemon Berry Detox Water Ingredients 

  • ½ cup blueberries, fresh or frozen 
  • ½ cup raspberries, fresh or frozen 
  • 1 lemon, sliced 

 Strawberry, Mint, and Lemon Detox Drink Ingredients: 

  • 1 lemon, thinly sliced 
  • 15 strawberries quartered 
  • 5 mint leaves 

Skinny Detox Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 lemon 
  • 1 lime 
  • 1 grapefruit 
  • 1 medium cucumber 
  • 1 sprig fresh mint 

Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Soda Ingredients: 

  • 6 tablespoons organic apple cider vinegar 
  • 64 ounces sparkling mineral water (2 quarts)
  • Juice of 2 lemons 
  • Stevia to taste 

Lemon Lime Detox Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 lemon 
  • 3 limes 

Tropical Pineapple and Orange Infused Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 orange, thinly sliced 
  • ½ cup pineapple, thinly sliced 

Detox Lime Cucumber Mint Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 lime, thinly sliced 
  • 5 inch cucumber, sliced into rings 
  • 5 mint leaves 

 Apple Cider Vinegar Detox Drink Ingredients: 

  • 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar 
  • 1 lime 
  • 1 lemon 
  • 5-6 mint leaves 

Citrus Cucumber Detox Water Ingredients: 

  • 2 large oranges, sliced 
  • 1 lemon, sliced 
  • ½ large cucumber, sliced 
  • 1 handful of fresh mint 

Cooling Peach Mint Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 long sprig of Mint
  • 10 frozen Peach Slices

 Lemon Ginger Detox Drink Ingredients: 

  • Juice of 2 lemons 
  • 2 inch knob of ginger root 

Pineapple Cucumber Water Ingredients: 

  • 1 cup fresh mint leaves 
  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and thinly sliced 

 Detox Green Tea Ingredients: (Makes 1 serving) 

  • 1 green tea bag 
  • 1 slice lemon * 
  • 1 tsp honey or stevia 
  • 2 strawberries, sliced 
  • 2 slices cucumber
