Sometimes as an artist you run into a creative block. It is the most frustrating thing, but you have to push through it. This little sketch is me forcing myself to push through it even though it feels like I am drawing a blank.
This is the illustration portion of a bandana design I just finished up for Stanley & Sons. They wanted it to be heavily influenced by these early 1900s cigarette ads, as if it was from that same series.
My friends over at Mollyjogger sent me a Scrimshaw kit a while back and I finally had a chance to work on it. Here is the outcome.
