Headcanon of Malec the night before their wedding

Excitement keeps them from falling asleep. So, they end up cuddling and giggling in their bed throughout the night. Magnus teases Alec saying, “Tomorrow we’ll finally be doing something that you have more experiences with than me.”  Alec laughs, “I only had one wedding before and I didn’t even get to go through with the whole thing. If you recall, it was interrupted.” He nudges Magnus playfully. Magnus pretends to be serious and raises himself on his elbow to stare down at Alec, “That reminds me. You’re not gonna leave me at the altar tomorrow if some hotshot warlock walks in during the ceremony, are you?”. Alec rolls his eyes fondly, his cheeks warming as he’s reminiscing about that fated day, “Oh, you know I’m a flight risk. I can’t promise anything.” Magnus can’t help leaning in to kiss the smirk off of Alec’s face.
