The lesson repeats itself until you've finally mastered it.

I remember looking down at my phone while at the warehouse party when I finally had that awareness. Time stood still as I realized the universe was delivering the same lesson again, I recognized it instantly and knew this was it - this is the time I am going to choose differently. This is when I finally break the cycle.

So I did, and although somewhat disappointed I ultimately felt very empowered. My love for you will always stay but I'm finally learning that I can love someone and still know I deserve better and walk away peacefully. No yelling, no drunk texts, no dramatics - just love.

I know my worth now and I know that I signed up for this.

When I heal myself, I heal the world.

The universe echoes to me my mission and has been reminding me that I have yet to barely scratch the surface.

This is the last Christmas I'll ever spend away from my family.
