to celebrate the one year anniversary of the demo- a little bit of audio, and a nicer post to pin about the game i’m working on, snip snip snippy.

it’s a horror visual novel about cutting or maintaining connections.  your parents, who you hadn’t spoken to since moving away for college, have died and left you everything, particularly your childhood home.  you move back in to see what else might’ve changed in your absence.

i'm still shocked that i had people on my dash hyping up the dungeon meshi manga for years and somehow heard practically Nothing about laios. immediately one of the characters of all time and yet prior to checking out the anime my conception was just "senshi wants everybody to eat well and has the most mouthwatering bulge i've ever seen, chilchuck is a divorced union man who doesn't wanna admit how much he cares, marcille does magic and i guess she's gay for somebody, izutsumi (izutsumi), who's this blond guy? kabru is there. oh and there's also a [THIS PART IS A MAJOR SPOILER I'M PRETTY SURE]" and it wasn't just an issue of there not being much of it on my dash i assure A LOT of people i was following were reading & posting about the manga. it was taking up huge stretches of my dash for a while back then. but it was all from people who were focused way more on anybody But laios. it's baffling. he got me hooked on it immediately. seeing how passionate he is is always one of the main things i look forward to every thursday. if i'd gotten a better taste of it back then i probably would've followed through on checking it out a lot sooner

and of course it goes without saying that i find him balls to the wall crazy attractive

i wish so badly more than anything that he kept the gayass ponytail. more than anything in the world i wish beck had a lil ponytail forever after greatest villain. i'm fine with what he traded the full beard in for but lopping this off was criminal. my kingdom for just a little more ponytail beck. Sorry
