I always take my Twitter rants to Instagram so here we goooooo.

Oh p.s this doesn’t apply to competitors n shit

Flexible dieting can be an AMAZING tool to help you reach your goals. It allows you to eat foods you enjoy in moderating, alongside healthy foods, and reach your aesthetic goals. But recently I’ve seen more and more β€œflexible dieters” hide their disordered behavior behind the flexible eating facade, and then promote it to their hundreds of thousands of followers.

Your diet is not flexible if: β€’ starve yourself all day to have 1400 calories of ice cream at night β€’you weight out and track spices β€’ need to justify an self perceived bad food that you ate β€’ you can’t have a single meal untracked β€’you have anxiety about foods that you perceive as bad β€’ you have to bring your food scale with you everywhere you go

These behaviors are NOT normal; you are not practicing a healthy or flexible diet.

NIKA AT IT AGAIN WITH THE DAMN TRUTH
