It's been such a long, anything but linear journey to heal, make myself more gentle and flow with life. I'm so happy to feel so much more free and be leaning into all the joy that's happening. The power to choose is everything.

Your life really can change in just a few months, a week even, a day… Imagine you meet the love of your life tomorrow, you will never be the same. What if you just got up and moved to a different state next week? Imagine all of the new places you’d go and faces you’d meet. What if your best friend you haven’t talked to in years texts you out of the blue? I mean, you could find a new hobby, your favorite song, a book, a friend, a dream all in just a short amount of time. Those little things change the trajectory of your life. You’re not stuck if you are still breathing, and there’s so much possibility for your life even in the next few moments. You really never know what could happen.
