It hasn’t got me very far, they just copy and paste text about not posting images that you don’t own the copyright to.

My problem is that I posted an image of a product someone had made which had a Wes-based image upon it. Very confusing. This sounds to me as if fan art of any kind is banned?! But that is the majority of Tumblr.

Due to confusing copyright issues with tumblr I’m going to disconnect this blog with my normal account because I don’t want to risk them terminating me.

Basically, they gave me a violation for posting a picture of a Wes Anderson related product somebody had made (I think it was from Etsy). Because Fox had an issue with the design, it is apparently my fault? I have not made the product, I’m just sharing ‘fan art’... at least I thought I was. 

If you think this is wrong of them, please do get in contact somehow.

If you’re interested in taking on Cuss Yeah, Wes Anderson let me know. I have been running it for over 5 years and would like it to be looked after well.

Because I run 2 quite personal blogs on here I don’t want to lose them over an etsy picture.
