I missed school.
I know right like what? How could you miss it?
I have like a love/hate relationship with it to be honest. Some days I’m like YES SCHOOL I LOVE SCHOOL and other days I’m like WHY WHY WHY. Today was an “I love school” day though. Mostly because I missed my people, and having conversations and laughing and simple things. I even missed learning. I’m trying to finish off my last semester strong since I graduate this year so I am putting in all my effort. Honestly, even if I wasn’t required to go to school, I still would. I just love learning things and understanding how and why things work.
Funny story though. During my study halls I’m allowed to senior out and leave campus until I have to come back for my next class. Well, I was tired because staying up till 5 in the morning over break can really affect your sleeping schedule once you start school. So I decided to take a nap…which turned into me wayyyy over sleeping. The only option was to now walk into class 20 minutes late, and hope that I was invisible. I wasn’t obviously, but she didn’t even bother asking where I had been. Props of being liked by teachers I guess…but I don’t think I have ever sprinted to a class that fast in my life.
This chapter is short because other than that, not much happened.
We did go to my grandparents and just chilled with my grandma in their new house which is always fun.
I may get to do the play after all which will definitely help the way I have been feeling recently. I just didn’t want to miss out on it this year.
I’ve been writing more music. Break ups seem to inspire profound thoughts.
Stephen, Jenni, Em, and the rest of the pals want to start a channel for everything we love, especially music. So lets hope that can go to plan!
