shout out to those of us who struggle with self care. it’s a really horrible thing when you feel unable to do things that a lot of people take for granted. showering, brushing your hair, brushing your teeth, washing your face, sleeping properly, eating properly, going outside.

it’s a huge deal for a lot of people with mental illness and disabilities but i never see much on here about it.
