yes, a good number of sexual orientations are normal! however, demisexuality (from what ive seen) has been defined as sexual attraction to people only once you get to know them or love them which is something 99% of people feel. for demi to be paraded around as its own sexuality appears desperate and kind of insulting IMO, esp when someone could flip it and start saying hypersexuality or something like sexual attraction on sight is something akin to being lgbt
