I don't know where to find high-quality images. You probably might have to buy the actual merchandise. The ones I have are from the official websites https://one-piece.com/ and Tokyo One Piece Tower, which is shut down.

No problem. I like saving them onto tumblr because most of the official art generally don’t stick around on the website.
