“Life must go on; I forget just why.”
— Edna St. Vincent Millay, from Lament in “Poems: Edna St. Vincent Millay”
Hey, is anybody out there?
Back with some poetry over at weirdmuseum.tumblr.com
I know y’all haven’t been waiting, but here I am!
I don't do well at tasks with people watching me or evaluating me, and when I'm around other people all my attention gets soaked up into Me and Them and Me-With-Them and Them-With-Me to the point I don't notice if things need to be cleaned or taken care of. Or conversely, I busy my hands and tidy to divert attention, to feel less scrutiny, to feel better seen and maybe someone to appreciate.

I’m constantly forgetting meds and missing doses, so here’s something to pass around as a reminder.
Have you taken your medication today?
That other medication too?
Did you have the food/water you need with it?
Do you need to order any refills?

i can’t believe i used to think people my age were adults
“Oppressed” Muslim Women
This images are so important because when people (esp. people who identify vocally as feminists) say that the veil prevents women from doing things, that it is an instrument of oppression, we make that veil an instrument of oppression. Islam does not say that veiled women cannot be pilots or doctors or teachers. Bad feminists do. Islamaphobes do.
Thank you.
I love this so much.
That last pic they really out there balling can you imagine if you went to the courts and seen group of girls balling that would be heaven
